Anyway, it was my severe adverse reaction (intermittent claudication) to the "safe and effective" statins that my last cardiologist prescribed that got me started looking into the widespread corruption of the entire Big Pharma-controlled medical-industrial establishment. Had I not found that holistic dentist and had continued instead just "following doctor's orders" I'm sure I would have been dead years ago. These days I am eating what my cardiologists told me was a "heart healthy diet" turned on its head, including for example plenty of pasture-raised eggs and butter from grass fed cows. Also these days I won't take any Big Pharma products, not so much as a stinking baby aspirin. Needless to say, when the COVID bioweapons were rolled out my immediate reaction was, "you couldn't possibly pay me enough to take a single dose." At the age of 75 I am now far healthier than I was 30 years ago. I figure that in just a few years my life will be about half over. Ultimately I have the wake-up call resulting from my severe adverse reaction to statins to thank for turning everything around.
By the way, I no longer have even a hint of the intermittent claudication that the statins caused, thanks to a supplement I found that combines 20 mg of a substance called PQQ with 200 mg of Co-Q10.
but what about a 54 year old woman with 850 total cholesterol. hyperlipidemia. TIA and hospitalized. what about her? she's on a healthy whole food organic keto diet. what is she to do?
Statins...they supposedly lower cholesterol, mainly LDL or what they call the "bad" guy. Your body makes about 80% of its own cholesterol and there are some 10-12 different kinds that are known. Just as many people die with "low" cholesterol as with higher numbers. Has your doctor even mentioned this?
60 years ago, a "number" of HDL and LDL at 300 or even higher was considered fine. Today they have lowered the threshold, bombarded people with statins and yet we still have tons of people dying from hearth diseases.
Here's the real kicker you may want to consider. Every cell in your body needs cholesterol and especially your brain thrives on cholesterol. They are fats and the brain needs fats. You take a statin and guess what? You also cut down on your cholesterol intake and you may be depriving your brain of the cholesterol it needs.
Dementia anyone, or brain fog, or Alzheimer’s or something else? Not to mention that as with all drugs, they wreck your vitamin and mineral balances and statins destroy CoQ-10, vital to heart health.

If you have high bad, but also high good, then total is a lot, even if the ratio of the two is excellent. cholesterol feeds the brain as well, and aging bodies naturally have higher (good ratio), as they NEED more of it for brain.
Homogenized milk is milk that has been forced through a fine sieve at 4,000 lbs pressure per square inch to produce a milk in which fat distribution is now equal rather than the cream naturally being able to rise to the top anymore.
The natural globules of milk fat have been forcibly reduced to one tenth of their natural size to accomplish this.
This totally unnatural process results in milk fat globules now being so small that they are quite literally able to pass through the walls of blood vessels and into the general bloodstream without even being digested, and this occurs even while the milk is in the stomach and still undigested, but this is little different to literally injecting some of the milk constituents directly into the bloodstream, and cannot be healthy.

I see how Hindus and even a few rural people in Europe protect their cows and let cows out to graze in the morning where they go by themselves unescorted to communal grazing pastures with other cows who have similarly voluntarily gone there, and at the end of the day they return home of their own volition to their human family and there they receive protection from the elements and from harmful predatory wild animals, and in return they give milk to the humans and do not apparently suffer as a consequence, but rather actually benefit overall from the arrangement, and can continue producing milk as long as they are milked, even after a calf has finished suckling, and if a human family is wanting milk too even while a calf is being suckled, the cow can comfortably produce even more milk to accommodate all without suffering, but that is in a personally caring environment where the cow is cared for like a pet or member of the family, far from the nightmare intensive mass industrial farms of today where many cows suffer hellishly due to lack of spiritual recognition.
I think for all milk drinkers to adopt that caring lifestyle with cows as family pets would be closer to nature and more decent and kind and respectful to other life.
The nut milks being commercially sold though are nothing but a hollow fraud devoid of any true nutritional value. So anyone attempting to substitute those things for real milk will end up poorly in the end unless they are extremely careful, and Vegan casualties are sometimes seem unfortunately.
Looking in the supermarket tonight, I looked at replacement milk formulas for newborn babies and different formulas for older babies, and horror of horrors, I saw that fluoride had criminally been added to the baby milk formulas, these being formulas even in the UK sold by Aptamil and by Cow and Gate who proclaim that they have had 100 years experience making what they call baby milk, which I could see only had vitamin K1 in it rather than K2 as well that is vital for bone building and other functions.
The synthetic baby milk formulas were in fact more or less just a slurry of synthetic chemical powders suspended in water. I had thought that only America was so demonic as to put fluoride even in babies' water and foods like this, but it seems the demons in the UK are doing it as well, brain damaging kids for life even right in their cradles so they can be ready to become the next generation of sleep-walking mindless slaves without the necessary full mental faculties for life itself.

There was a change in range values...a while back. And regardless of why they changed the range, the outcome was increased in pharma drug...
