This is a monumental achievement. We should all celebrate this win as we turn our collective attention to the next step in the journey to health freedom. My sincere thanks to Sayer for his laser focused dedication, to bring us all into the light of truth through science, to enhance the knowledge and wellness of his fellow humans. To HHS Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr for his intelligence and gallantry in facing down the entrenched corruption of hideous industries who push toxic waste, as something beneficial to our kids. I have never been as hopeful for our future than now. Our country is reclaiming its soul.

How can one cheer RFKjr when he is such an ardent, cynical supporter of ethnic cleansing, apartheid and genocide in Palestine? Is the calculation that as long as we don’t have fluoride in our drinking water, it’s ok for Palestinians to be starved of food, water and life itself? Are our lives worth more than those being exterminated in Palestine? Silence and complicity renders any pontification about how the perpetrators of the genocide (ie, us(a)) can improve their own health morally meaningless on its face.

Irregardless of what you think of Hammas, it is an undeniable fact, that their size, strength and importance is a direct result of the long term major support they received from both the US and Israel. Even Ron Paul has confirmed the US's support.

This is the water quality report in 2023 in Clovis NM where I lived, of course no customer ever reads this but it's there, look closely.

2Elevated Fluoride Levels Detected: This is an alert about your drinking water and a

cosmetic dental problem that might affect children under nine years of age. At low

levels, fluoride can help prevent cavities, but children who drink water containing more

than 2 milligrams per liter (mg/L) of fluoride may develop cosmetic discoloration of

their permanent teeth (dental fluorosis). The drinking water provided by EPCOR has

an average fluoride concentration of 2.4 mg/L. Dental fluorosis, in its moderate or

severe forms, may result in brown staining and/or pitting of the permanent teeth.

This problem occurs only in developing teeth, before they erupt from the gums.

Children under nine years of age should be provided with alternative sources of

drinking water or water that has been treated to remove the fluoride to avoid the

possibility of staining and pitting of their permanent teeth. You may also want to

contact your dentist about proper use by young children of fluoride-containing

products. Older children and adults may safely drink the water.

Drinking water containing more than 4 mg/L of fluoride (the U.S.

Environmental Protection Agency’s drinking water standard) can increase

your risk of developing bone disease. Your drinking water does not contain

more than 4 mg/L of fluoride, but we’re required to notify you when we

discover that the fluoride levels in your drinking water exceed 2 mg/L

because of the cosmetic dental problem.

Some home water treatment units are also available to remove

fluoride from drinking water. To learn more about available home water

treatment units, you may call NSF International at 1-877-867-3435

The municipal dosing machines are commonly very random, for chlorine or fluoride. It’s pervasive. It’s pretty glaring here, when chlorine is low, water smells very swampy. When it’s too high, it’s like huffing a bleach bottle….

…but the location rep I report these issues to, turns it around, & claims that when it smells strongest of bleach, it means more needs dosed into it!?

They truly seem clueless.

The safety/efficacy of putting Fl into muni water, lacked enuf data & failed to count important other data:

—like, how Fl was put in muni water about 1945–around same time as more folks got better oral care coaching from schools & dentists…so, which really did the job?

—like, how chronic poor nutrition of mothers before & during pregnancy had something to do with teeth strength or weakness…diet, or Fl?

—like how nutrition repletion helped more folks between 1945 to about 1965, then, as manufactured nutrient depleted foods flooded stores, almost all switched to those—concurrent with when there were less problems & more problems….kids again have been chronically malnourished since the advent of TV dinners, predisposing them for poorer teeth, & all the viral infections & more…..so, diet or Fl?

These data points should be counted against Fl.

Fluoride is a prescription drug that Drs give in pill form, and you get at the drug store, it is a specific MG so one knows how much they are ingesting, when Fluoride is added to city drinking water, it is impossible to regulate how much a person gets, if you drink lots of water, you get more, you don't need to be Albert Einstein to know this is dangerous. Also, Fluoride is a poison, look at any toothpaste tube that has Fluoride in it and it is required to say---" if swallowed contact a poison center ", how safe can it be? Holistic dentists don't use Fluoride, they use a product called hydroxyapatite to remineralize tooth enamel, making Fluoride un-necessary. Hydroxyapatite is in the Pub-meds and studies show it is proven to work; you can buy it on the internet.

Exactly!

BigP & related industries routinely expect folks to do the math on how much from all sources of various ingredients they are getting—which is ridiculously complex, as some products don’t quantify ingredient content—or worse, don’t list it, or hide it under “inactive ingredients”.

& I very much suspect, “fluorosis” is worse than benign discoloration. I think it can cause shorter lifespan of affected teeth. Another question might be, if the embedded excess Fl does any good for controlling bad bacteria that fester inside the teeth in the microtubules (these bacteria are what cause root canals to be a chronic infection vector).

This is huge. I never thought it would happen. I worked with Michael at FAN from 2015 to 2016 as a graphic designer and volunteer. In 2016 I talked with the City Council of Chicago and presented the dangers of this toxin based on the research Fluoride Action Network had gathered but was met with blank stares.

When fluoride runs through lead pipes (which the City of Chicago has many), the fluoride leaches lead from the pipes into the public drinking water much more rapidly.

This is one example (of so many) of the fallout caused by this poison. No doubt, removing fluoride from our water will be considered one of the most successful health interventions of the 21st century. Thank you, FAN. Thank you, Michael. And thank you Sayer for your dedication to advancing this information for the public to see.

Supreme court case Mortgage Foreclosure illegal 14th Jan 2025 In

a landmark decision that will ultimately destroy the Central Banking

System and its worthless fiat currency, the Supreme Court of the United

States has delivered a ground-breaking decision in the case of Zachary

Moore v. Alliant Credit Union et al.The opinion of

the Court delivered by Justice Alito on January 14, 2025 has profound

constitutional and societal importance, and for the future of the whole

monetary system. At issue was whether the foreclosure

proceedings initiated by Alliant Credit Union against Mr. Zachary Moore

– based on a mortgage loan derived from fiat currency – violated his

constitutional rights under the Fifth, Thirteenth, and Fourteenth

Amendments of the Constitution. This case also raises

broader questions about the legality of a monetary system that

facilitates perpetual debt cycles through fiat currency and usury. The

decision stated, “After careful consideration, we hold that the

foreclosure proceedings, as applied to Mr. Moore, constitute an

unconstitutional deprivation of his rights to property and due process

under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. Further, we find that the

systemic exploitation inherent in the fiat currency system and its

application to the facts of this case violate the foundational

principles of justice enshrined in the Constitution.” Fiat Currency After delivering the verdict, the court released the following details:Read it here: https://thinkingwithzach.blogspot.com/2025/01/zachary-moore-v-alliant-credit-union-et.htmlAfter

careful consideration, we hold that the foreclosure proceedings, as

applied to Mr. Moore, constitute an unconstitutional deprivation of his

rights to property and due process under the Fifth and Fourteenth

Amendments. Further, we find that the systemic exploitation inherent in

the fiat currency system and its application to the facts of this case

violate the foundational principles of justice enshrined in the

Constitution.I. The Constitutional ContextAt

the heart of this case lies a mortgage agreement secured by fiat

currency—currency that is created without backing by tangible assets,

such as gold or silver. Mr. Moore argues that this currency, lacking

intrinsic value, fails to constitute valid consideration under contract

law, thereby rendering his mortgage void ab initio. He further asserts

that the foreclosure proceedings based on such a contract violate his

rights to due process, equal protection, and protection from unjust

enrichment. The Constitution is clear on matters of

monetary integrity and individual rights. Article I, Section 10

prohibits states from making “anything but gold and silver Coin a Tender

in Payment of Debts.” This provision reflects the framers’ intent to

establish a monetary system grounded in tangible value, ensuring

fairness and stability in economic transactions. Moreover, the Fifth and

Fourteenth Amendments safeguard individuals from governmental

deprivation of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.We

cannot ignore the systemic exploitation facilitated by the fiat

currency system, which imposes undue burdens on individuals like Mr.

Moore. This system, compounded by the practice of usury, creates

perpetual cycles of debt that are not only mathematically unsustainable

but also morally indefensible.II. Fiat Currency as Unconstitutional ConsiderationThe

issue of consideration is foundational to the validity of contracts. A

valid contract requires mutual exchange of value. However, fiat

currency, by its very nature, is created out of nothing and lacks the

tangible backing required by Article I, Section 10. This Court has long

recognized the principle that invalid consideration undermines the

enforceability of a contract. In Carpenter v. Longan (1872), we held

that a mortgage is inseparable from the promissory note it secures. If

the note is invalid, the mortgage is likewise void. Here,

Mr. Moore’s mortgage was based on fiat currency—a medium of exchange

that contravenes constitutional intent and economic fairness. We

conclude that such a contract, lacking valid consideration, cannot form

the basis for lawful foreclosure proceedings.III. Violations of the Fifth and Fourteenth AmendmentsThe

foreclosure proceedings also implicate Mr. Moore’s due process rights.

The Fifth Amendment prohibits the deprivation of property without due

process of law, and the Fourteenth Amendment extends this protection to

actions by state governments and their instrumentalities. Foreclosure is

a significant deprivation of property that requires strict adherence to

procedural and substantive fairness. In this case,

the foreclosure was initiated without addressing Mr. Moore’s valid

challenge to the underlying mortgage. The lack of a meaningful hearing

to contest the validity of the contract constitutes a violation of his

due process rights. Further, the seizure of Mr. Moore’s home under a

void contract amounts to an unconstitutional taking of property for

private benefit, violating the Takings Clause of the Fifth Amendment.IV. The Thirteenth Amendment and Economic ExploitationThe

Thirteenth Amendment’s prohibition of involuntary servitude extends to

systems of economic exploitation that coerce individuals into perpetual

labor for the benefit of others. The fiat currency system, when coupled

with usury, forces borrowers into unrelenting cycles of debt repayment,

effectively constituting economic servitude. Mr. Moore’s plight

illustrates the oppressive nature of this system, which prioritizes the

enrichment of financial institutions over the rights and dignity of

individuals.V. A Call to Restore Constitutional PrinciplesThis

decision is not merely about the rights of one man; it is a reckoning

with systemic injustices that have persisted for decades. The framers of

the Constitution envisioned a monetary system that would safeguard

against the exploitation and instability inherent in fiat currency and

usury. By ruling in favor of Mr. Moore, this Court reaffirms the

supremacy of constitutional principles over entrenched financial

practices. The momentous importance of this decision

cannot be overstated. It restores the rule of law in the realm of

economic transactions, reasserts the constitutional mandate for sound

money, and champions the rights of individuals against systemic

exploitation. This ruling also serves as a reminder to all institutions,

public and private, that the Constitution is not a mere relic of the

past but a living charter of justice.VI. ConclusionFor

the foregoing reasons, we hold that the foreclosure proceedings against

Mr. Moore are unconstitutional and void. We further declare that

contracts based on fiat currency lack valid consideration and cannot

form the basis for lawful enforcement actions. Finally, we call upon

Congress to revisit the monetary and financial systems in light of their

constitutional obligations and the principles articulated in this

opinion. The judgment of the lower court is reversed. It is so ordered.Expand full comment

Some things rarely mentioned:

Fluoride & chlorine dosing machines for municipal water supplies are commonly erratic—randomly putting in too much or too little, or none.

&, people are getting additive & cumulative effects, btwn what’s in water, oral care products, etc.;

&, fluoride in municipal water started about 1945–approx. when there was increasing oral care education causing more to do it more often;

&, how dietary nutrition changed remarkably for more than 60 years, w/more manufactured foods deficient in trace minerals, & other needed nutrients to build strong bodies—& teeth! Nutrition became more deficient, & manufactured foods more used, & more sugars used, which caused various malnutritions, which predisposes people to all kinds of illnesses.
