I have made natto ~20 times. Good luck with this chickpea natto product. chickpea natto is made same way as soy natto? I see smaller chickpeas in the local Indian grocery. Definitely more fiber in them and thicker hull. They were hard to get soft. Perhaps due to age. How about natto made from whole dried peas?

But you're saying MK7 is the way to go. Anyone? Any thoughts?

I appreciate this being one allergic to soy and gluten. Lumbrokinase was what we use since we have soy allergies. Interesting!
