Then there are programs for soils (falls under remediation and "clean up" but there are specific nanotech and GMOs used), There are so many programs for the sun, Solarisation Modification Optimisation, etc, and many that cross over wihin different industries, both public and private, across different mediums, programs, etc.

You might be interested in the hoax that Lysander Spooner exposed THEIR 1787 Constitution as being in his 1867 essay available in pdf online. "We the people" never meant the ordinary people living at the time and it damn sure doesn't refer to people living now. Their 1787 document was referring to themselves as "the people". Of course, even there, they were off. They had no authority then and they certainly have no authority now to create ANYthing for themselves and their posterity. I may want to plant an apple tree for myself and my posterity but I damn sure can't force my posterity to eat those apples after I die. It's important to also observe that THEIR Constitutions either fomented the mutual mass slaughter of some one million Americans during the middle of the 19th century, or were powerless to stop it. When we were under the C-virus attack, there were NO chem trails in the skies in upstate NY for over a year. Many people I know were commenting on seeing distant views that haven't been seen in many years. We noticed it as well. It was beautiful, quiet and peaceful in the skies. Dane Wigington's analyses (particularly those posted 2015 through 2017) were right on target. We live in rural Illinois. On beautiful, sunny days we often see 1-2 jets with normal contrails which are narrow, short lines coming from their rear. But we see MANY chem trails criss crossing the sky above the (mostly farm) land, slowly spreading out to make clouds.
Our state senator introduced SB1426, The Weather Modification Act on 1-31-25, to immediately end weather modification and cloud seeding. We hope it becomes law, but often, Republican resented bills don't pass, because our state is primarily run by Chicago area Democrats. This bill is important for the health of all.

If they say it is in the jet fuel, and we have all seen reporting it is from other exhaust pipes, it will be made to be about no flying for you. RFK Jr. never mentioned this in his interview with geo engineering watch. Dane never mentioned it I don't think. Why now all of a sudden it is the fuel? It could be but I think it is coming from large smoke stacks in more dense areas, ships, and other places. Two smoke stacks right near me not spewing on the clear days. Pumping away hard on the cloudy ones. It is a much bigger topic than he is saying.
It’s not the jet fuel additives that we’re seeing. They don’t turn their engines on and off mid flight to leave a shorter chemtrail. It’s sickening how thick they are making these chemclouds as well now at various levels in our atmosphere. It’s gotten worse lately. Our trees are dying off badly now. Older and young ones. He's advised it's not "his department", and that it's military (DARPA), so therefore its cloaked in black box, "national security" secrecy and protections, and all tied up with a pretty congress bow.
But aside from all that, "geoengineering" in layman's terms, is considered a "catchall" term for weather modification, but it's not. There are multiple programs on, hundreds of different aspects of environment manipulation and nanotechnology nudging. If you don't name them, they can operate indefinitely. There are programs for the aerosolisation, programs for water (MMOO's and MMoWs- divided into sea and fresh, with differences in not only naming conventions by chemicals used and distribution), and that's not even discussing the electrification of the deeper oceans that's occurring because that falls under a completely separate military programme that also collaborates with big tech AND synthetic bionanotechnologies! Then there are programs for soils (falls under remediation and "clean up" but there are specific nanotech and GMOs used), There are so many programs for the sun, Solarisation Modification Optimisation, etc, and many that cross over wihin different industries, both public and private, across different mediums, programs, etc.
So sorting out the "chemtrails" is not going to stop the programs. Blaming DARPA (rightly so) is not going to stop the programs, because it's not just DARPA doing it.

About time. I have always said this and the mRNA are the top two health issues that must be addressed on day one because they are killing and injuring people. I had a toxin test years ago and had high levels of aluminum and barium and other metals in my body. Only could have come from the chem trails

ALL vaccines contain toxic metals/adjuvants so it is not just chemtrails. The aluminium, flouride, barium etc are in our food, along with parasites and other toxins. It is a miracle that the human species has survived as long as we have. But, we are now hanging by a thread. Here in the UK, I watch the people go by and they are obese, sickly, downtrodden with grey skinned faces and many immobile. They are so ill, even at young ages, that it is enough to make you cry. If a miracle does not happen, I cannot see us, as a species, surviving much longer.
