This is great for some free speech. But. How can individual states pass laws or "mandates" that are unconstitutional? Most glaring is all the states that forced vaccines to attend certain events, stay employed etc. Mask mandates as well, social distancing. For all the years since covid, NM has put unlawful mandates before legally passed legislation such as the ADA. And now in VA, the newly elected governor, has supposedly signed executive orders that are unconstitutional. Like arrest for anyone approaching anyone near an abortion provider. Doesn't the constitution guarantee citizens the right of free association. And don't even get me started on privacy rights. We don't have any, despite what they pretend. Yet they were used to get Roe v Wade passed.

I don't know what they would or wouldn't do. I just read a report, don't know if it's true, that the newly elected governor was doing this. I volunteered years ago at a crisis pregnancy centers and we had totally different "rules" than planned parenthood, even though we had no medical intervention, just provided free pregnancy tests and supplies for new moms. It's all kinda crazy how much control certain activists and the government have imo.

What I'm saying though is that if a constitution or a governing framework is based on the principles of the Natural Laws (Natural Justice) then it contains equity and is therefore legitimate.
A Constitution that ignores those principles is one that is out of alignment with the Natural Laws and is therefore a construct of man. Such as the basis that man-made legislation has the power automatically to punish without the agreement to enforce through a deliberating jury. One more thought. I think I didn't make it clear from my point of view that the Natural Laws obviously have always functioned the same. What evolves is our attunement to them. A challenge for humanity to evolve in our understanding. A challenge to transmute or overcome the in-built 'impediments' in our psyche that lead to a desire to give in to the short-term, the selfish etc. Instead to come to understand that through perceiving Natural Law and going through individuation, we come to learn how to be an individual responsibly.
