Sayer, this is absolutely mind-blowing, but as I reached the end of your article it occurred to me, would they allow it to be developed? You would no doubt be aware that for the elite in our world (and it's mostly the industrialised West) scarcity of resources, is not a problem. For them it is the solution. Scarcity raises the prices of many commodities. Scarcity creates wars that destroy societies and diminishes populations (depopulation agenda). The 1% buy the resources for a trifle and then sell them for top dollars. There are books written describing the numerous inventors over the past 100 or so years who have solved the energy problem, but who were crushed and their discoveries buried for exactly the same reason. They solved a problem that for an elite few wasn't a problem, but a bonanza.

Thanks for a fantastic article and introduction to the Le Clair effect. The video presentation was inspiring in the broad support of cavitation dynamics by universities and government and a deeper appreciation of water and light. To produce elements and even a sound theory of creation is transformational. The intelligence existing literally everywhere is beautifully expressed. The possibilities as you present them are endless. Civilization hopefully will benefit. As usual science is facing its nemesis - politics, wealth and control.
