The system in the United States, thanks to the illegal passage of the 16th amendment (which was basically bought by the same criminals who've owned our society since the beginning) enables the federal government to blackmail each of the states. They have this money from all of the taxpayers which they don't deserve, but take by illegal force. Then they tell the states that they can access this money in exchange for some action the state would otherwise not want to take. Usually if not always, the state yields to this pressure.
In the case of vaccines, the fed will not force people to get vaccines, but if too many folks refuse, the fed will hold back this money from the state. The state will have pressure on it from the people who are still brainwashed and believe that vaccines are good for one's health.

I wonder if international law wouldn't now permit the self-defense killing of any u.s. functionary and the right to a trial at the Hague.
