The "pathogen-centric interpretation of disease" you aptly refer to is, and always was, a whopping lie. Germ theory of disease was never supported using the 'scientific method', rather, only repeatedly falsified by it.
Remaining healthy is remarkably straightforward, but fails to generate billions of dollars for corporates and political entities... therein lies the problem. All we can do is keep on talking, hopefully people will listen.

In the book: 'The Invisible Rainbow- A History of Electricity and Life' by Arthur Firstenberg he laid out graphs and misc. data showing that "Flu" as a cyclical, societal ailment was historically sporadic and unpredictable. With the elctrification of the Planet it became an annual event.
The book is a good read, it highlights Diabetes & Heart Disease historically increasing as well as electricity spread to rural areas. We seem to be out of SYNC with Nature and the Planet itself.

Interestingly enough, colds/flus follow seasonal patterns statistically stronger than viral swabs. It's a consistent pattern across the globe, and I'm able to predict who in my clinic will develop symptoms based on the fluctuation of temperature, barometric pressure and humidity. Forgive me if you've come across this as well (I haven't read the article yet).

Rather than being definitive evidence of a replicating infectious agent, what’s often measured—particularly via PCR—is a signal of cellular breakdown. When healthy cells are stressed or damaged (from toxicants, radiation, mRNA injections, etc.), they release nucleic acids and protein fragments into the extracellular environment.
PCR doesn’t have the specificity to distinguish between these fragments and so-called “viral” RNA. As Kary Mullis himself emphasized, PCR is not a diagnostic tool—it amplifies sequences without confirming their origin or infectious potential.
In Part 3 of my Poisoned Not Infected series, I explore how exosomes released in response to toxic exposure (including mRNA jabs) can mimic features typically associated with viral contagion. These exosomes can carry genetic material, influence neighboring cells, and appear to “spread,” yet they are host-derived, not viral in origin. In that sense, the body is responding to environmental insult—not being hijacked by an external pathogen.
So when people speak of “viral load,” I see it more as a reflection of cellular distress and detoxification signaling, rather than proof of an invading infectious entity. It’s the terrain, not a “thing,” that determines what we’re measuring—and how we interpret illness, contagion, and recovery.
