The only natural food that can cause serious harm is cherries, when picked by journalists hostile to science.

Good one!

And where do we see such things, but in the same predictable media outlets owned by...

Great coverage of the topic. Andrew Saul also shared Niacin's effect on schizophrenia. On the topic of schizophrenia, specifically with auditory "hallucinations" please check out Jerry Marzinsky's work on the topic. His site is Jerrymarzinsky.com and he has a Rumble channel - The Presence of Other Worlds in Schizophrenia where he reposts the interviews he does with various podcasters. There is definitely a spiritual dimension happening. He also works with the Mace Energy system/ Causism an energetic healing method for trauma related psychological issues. With his 40+ years of experience he claims for everything other than schizophrenia the healing is faster and more permanent than anything taught in the system. Here is a link for one of my favorite interviews because Lynn Monet, is also present. Lynn is a nurse that has the gift of "sight" and can share experiences that add to Jerry's real world experiences. https://rumble.com/v4c71xe-seer-witnesses-negative-entities-attached-to-schizophrenics-on-psych-ward.html If I had been aware of what he has shared when my daughter was first bothered with auditory "hallucinations" many lives would be different right now. By the time I discovered him, it was too difficult for her to take control. Sayer you have a large enough reach to make more folks aware, please do an interview.

Many decades ago at a seminar, I saw Dr. Abram Hoffer share his discovery that niacin can "cure" schizophrenia (or reduce the effects). I've seen reference to that here and there over the years, and it's known, but, of course, suppressed by Pharma. Some years ago, I met someone who had a dangerously schizophrenic adult son on all sorts of medications that minimally helped, and I mentioned what I'd heard about niacin. She bought some and not only did it help immensely with his symptoms, HE really liked it because he was aware how much better he felt with it. I didn't know about the wheat connection at the time, or I would have also mentioned that!

Much of that info can still be found at dryourself.com (I hope, since Andrew Saul passed recently.)

Oh no! I didn’t realize he had passed! I guess we can be pretty sure it wasn’t because of the jab.

Bonni Tipton's avatar

Absolutely! I don’t know what caused it, but my spider senses went up, knowing his contributions.

Thanks for sharing. I’m on X but can’t spend too much time there. I’ve followed Erin now

Thank you, that was great!

Also high dose vitamin C.

Bonni Tipton's avatar

Oh yes, I've been doing that myself since 2017. Haven't had a cold since. Also improved RRMS to the point the Neurologist saying no need to come for annual - just call him if I have a problem. Outside of mainstream medicine parasites have been connected to MS. The C probably upgraded my immune system to handle them (if related.)

excellent! I've missed your excellent articles while media banned you. i remember when you were just gett8ng your Green Medicine site started. excited to see you on Substack. thank you for your decades of effort!

There is also the “GAPS” diet which has helped me along the journey to heal my son’s gut issues. He’s 31 now and has Down syndrome and autism diagnosis. “Gut and Psychology Syndrome” by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride - natural treatment for:

Autism

Dyspraxia

ADD

Dyslexia

ADHD

Depression

Schizophrenia

It’s a great book first published in the UK in 2004.

GAPS is very therapeutic. On www.Greenmedinfo.com we index research on dozens of diets and their therapeutic applications.

In addition to this excellent study, most schizophrenic people have cytomegalovirus in the fluid of the spinal cord. which can be resolved by medicine to counter that virus, according to Dr Hutschnecker, the former psychiatrist to POTUS Nixon. (Dr. Arnold A. Hutschnecker (1898–2000) was a German-American physician and psychotherapist who treated Richard Nixon for neurosis, anxiety, and psychosomatic issues (back/neck pain, fatigue) beginning in the early 1950s.)

Also the incidence of mental illness is ten times higher in dark-skinned people who now live in areas where there is very little sunlight, as sunlight on the skin and through the eyes is vital to produce certain neurotransmitters required for optimal mental function, mental well-being and good general health.

Orthomolecular shows niacin (cheap) cures Schizophrenia.

BTW, the medical establishment do not even have that word (cure) in any of their prints.

Suggest sharing this research with Thom Hartmann, who today attacked RFK, Jr. for his comments.

In all the pharmaceutical ads for a newer drug that treats tardive dyskinesia, I’ll bet you haven’t seen a single mention that TD is CAUSED by other drugs, in particular, anti-psychotics.

Add

1. First by all in autistic is gluten casein cow milk free. Improves Alzheimer , B Fife

2 Psyquiatric drugs are poison ("acute toxicity") & torture for patient, unbearable. Can,t expect other than poisoning, death of neurons & patient. Causes & symptoms remain, just masqueraded by flatening psyche, disabling most neurotransmitters systems. , dr P Breggin

May consider drugs use if suicidal risk and no alternative at hand, but at least some psychiatric drugs cause recognized suicidal tendency

3. Seems determinant the sphere of soul and family issues, Approaches out there

4 KPU , rather hemolactampyroluria missing key vitB6,Zinc,... that need to be replaced. Literature started by A Hoffer & other well respected doctors now.

Add Glyfosate, very harmful for brain, we all contaminated as per tests, Humic acid (eg shilajit) , glycine. Seems absorbed by plants roots & sprayed as dissiccant over many grains, inc. wheat

And everything that eats the plant.

My son is 29 and suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Learning of this today tells me it’s 100% worth a try to change his diet, and see if there is a difference in his symptoms. He’s currently in a psychiatric hospital, so I will call the nurse tomorrow to see if they can start with a gluten free diet. I will start researching, and looking for community resources, to shift him to a keto diet. Thank you for this article.

Luke Anthony's avatar

What's interesting here, is not whether Kennedy or Keto are right or wrong. But on how disputes on terms are used rhetorically. Because "cure" was used imperfectly, we can frame the entire article as debunked.

"Kennedy falsely claims total sobriety cures alcoholism; experts disagree."

It just shows the terrible state of journalism in this country. None of these "journalists" understand science or will even attempt to understand it. They choose the quickest route. Google/wikipedia or chatgpt. Nevermind that these are all biased sites spewing corporate propaganda.

The press and media in general are owned by the banksters who make obscene profits with big food and big pharma. They are not bothered about peoples' health. Only today the presstitutes of the Daily Express in Britain ran the Headline "Daily Statins Safe For Millions More To Take" and gushed about and "incontrovertible" evidence that statins do not cause memory loss, dementia, weight gain, muscle aches and the host of other adverse reactions experienced by their consumption. I wonder who paid for this amazing study. (I don't really, it's a no-brainer).

Deb M's avatar

Sayer, thank you for your in-depth clarification on the wheat issue. I hope I didn't overlook the answer to my question within this article, but here it is: Do wheat breads that a) are organic; b) use ancient grains; c) are sourdough; and/or d) are sprouted somehow modify the bad effects? I saw that you mentioned that sprouted wheat could magnify the bad effects, but just wondering whether nuanced approaches as I'm asking about, possibly all at the same time, would make a difference. Any thoughts? Would much appreciate a reply on this. THANK YOU!

Bringing medication’s to rural areas is not healthcare. It is sick here. Medicines don’t cure anything. Most of them just have side effects that are dangerous. They need to teach people in rural areas how to eat clean food and stay healthy. Drugs don’t make them healthy. That’s what’s wrong with this whole picture. They call healthcare but it’s really sick care.
