Until about 5 years ago, I used to wake up every morning, sit up in bed and focus on my pineal gland, watching that pulsing light come and go. Then during COVID, I walked into a beauty salon to get a haircut and a lady greeted me. I did not know and she did not ask but she held up a thermometer to the middle of my forehead and clicked the button to take my temperature. Since that day, I have never seen that pulsing light again. It took me some time to figure out what had happened but that was the catalyst. Gee, I wonder why they are taught to put that thermometer in the middle of our forehead and not on our hand or somewhere else! When I looked to see what that device emits, I found that it is radiation. It probably doesn't take much to zap a pineal gland. FYI: I don't use a cell phone, drink tap water, or use toothpaste made in the USA.

Those thermometers emit a red-wavelength light.

Workers are s’posed to point thermometer at the temples, or behind the ear, where more blood vessels are, & therefore, more likely to show if there’s a fever—NOT at the general forehead. That was ignorant of the worker.

Pointing red/infrared light, even up over 1000 nm wavelength, is actually helpful & healing. I cannot corroborate red/infrared light harming the pineal gland.

Red/IR light is important wavelengths of light we are deficient in, by being too much indoors.

—> Your experience of being in a beauty shop—those places are LOADED with toxic chemicals—that really IS a recipe for harm, just breathing those in the air in those places!!

Also—did you check that location for cell towers & antennas?—because those harm the pineal gland & more.

regarding the bedroom - got an excellent discussion recently on electrical outlets, how anything plugged in, not even turned on, is emitting. So I unplugged everything in the bedroom. The sleep enhancement, ability to drop off, uninterrupted thru the night, long dreams meaning good REM.

Tom's avatar

(oops) was immediate and dramatically improved.

Sy's avatar

Another good idea.... unplug your router and place your cell phone in a different room for recharging other than your bedroom before retiring for the night.

Tom, thank you for this valuable information.

Chimonger's avatar

Works even better for me, when there’s a grid outage….or, when I shut off all the breaker switches except the kitchen & HVAC.

Kat's avatar

Thanks. I have trouble falling to sleep. I will try it tonight!

An aside about cell phones - a study in Finland 25 years ago showed that those in the woods were getting more organ diseases/cancer. They figured out that the phone ramps up to seek and find the tower, so the phone is emitting more radiation the further away from a tower you are.

Great article, Sayer.

The fluoride research is staggering. I've been reading about this *cocktail effect* idea where fluoride, glyphosate, and aluminum might all be working together, with EMF exposure potentially acting as an activator that amplifies the toxicity of these compounds. Not suggesting it's proven, but the timing of when all this stuff became ubiquitous is pretty suspicious.

A friend who is way into metaphysics recently said something that stuck with me: "The pineal gland is the projector that shows us the matrix." If that's true, it would make sense why this would be a primary attack vector. When people can't think critically or have empathy for one another, that's pretty convenient for the powers that be. It's a plausible explanation for the entrainment happening with obviously ridiculous mainstream media, divided society, etc.

Anyway, thanks for putting together those recovery protocols. Nice to know this stuff might actually be reversible. I've also read iodine can be a tool to help with decalcification, and silica for dealing with the aluminum side of things.

BTW, highly recommend Light: Medicine of the Future - there's a pineal gland chapter that connects really well to all this. Reading it now and finding it utterly fascinating.

I've heard that as well about the pineal gland, as our connector to our higher self and thus beyond to the creator. The attacker justifications are stupid - dental. right. Dentists are no better than doctors, with their mercury and toxins for gum inflammation (instead of essential oils, I use peppermint, quick easy), and root canal bad housekeeping. They don't know every tooth is connected to a major organ in the body, so it is critical to have things going well in the mouth. But the dentists come on the discussion like somehow they are experts, and that somehow they "know" fluoride prevents cavities, which is a silly belief. They have no idea how to regenerate teeth. And next time, tell them not to use numbing, just don't hit the dang nerve! Did a whole mouth of mercury removal without numbing, left without feeling like a chipmunk. No problem. Haven't been back in 10 years.

Joshua Stylman's avatar

I recently had the mercury removal too. I found a wonderful dentist who has a "Why Flouride is poison" pamphlet in his lobby.

FWIW, I trust the ancient symbols more than I do the doctors who were indoctrinated by Rockefeller Medicine...

And yes, I used a holistic dentist who did it right :)

I didn't know that there was such a dentist as a holistic dentist.

Why does everyone go along with using a cell phone? I don't get it. You know it is bad for your health. Your health should be the most important thing you protect in your life. I carry a cell phone for emergencies only (through Tracfone) and keep it in a Faraday sleeve in my purse so I'm not exposed to wifi. I use Vonage for my home phone service and have for over 20 years. You can move to South America and likely anywhere, and still use it. They provide me with a small router that attaches to my broadband router and has a standard telephone jack. I have two nice AT&T phones that are plugged into the phone router. It's called an IP connection. I pay about $30/month. I can call anywhere in the US and Canada with no additional charges.

Yes, wifi is everywhere. Just think about what is happening to you when you go to Walmart or any public location where everyone has their phones turned on. It's like being bombarded with bad frequencies all around you. I wear a cute hat that's lined with heavy duty aluminum foil to protect my brain when I'm shopping. Protect Yourself! Because nobody else is gonna do it for you!

Thanks for a great article on the pineal gland, which has also been harmed by the elements in vaccines. I believe with the promotion of vaccines with well baby care in the 1950s... matter, such as, aluminum, mercury, formaldehyde, fluoride, polysorbate, etc. has crossed the blood-brain barrier and harmed all the glands in the brain, especially the pineal. The consciousness of Americans has dropped radically in the last 70 years...along with their mental and physical health, because of the toxic matter in vaccines. I was one of the parents that had children that were harmed by these shots. My first son nearly died, back in the 1950s. The shots caused lifelong problems with his mental state. I thought I was doing the right thing; giving him shots to protect him.

Fluoride & chlorine are most common chemicals added to municipal water supplies.

Often, municipalities that get hot summers, convert to bromine, as it is s’posed to avoid forming chloramines as much as chlorine would .

But what they evidently never addressed, was the dosing machines, which have been supposed to carefully measure the right amount if each chemical to put into the water supplies.

THOSE mechanisms have been problematic for at least over 30 years….unreliable at dosing any of the additives.

Some days, too much; other days not enuf if any—randomly.

And, if folks are getting dosed from the muni water, in toothpaste & mouthwashes, then why are dentists ODing their patients on it as dental treatments?!

NOTE: the chemical industry has avoided informing public about how much of chemicals they are exposed to.

The doses got from all sources & fluoridated muni water supplies, are ADDITIVE at least, & cumulative at worst—& no one has been measuring just how much kids or adults have been totally getting. But it sure has been rabidly sold to public!

Look up signs of too much fluoride.

Professionals who claim, “look at the strong teeth of folks from places like Denver, CO—that proves Fl+ is beneficial to teeth!”—not necessarily!!

That comes most, from fetus exposure to the mother drinking the water there—which also has other minerals needed for strong teeth.

Fl+ does not do as much to strengthen already grown teeth in a child's or adult mouth, since the teeth are already deficient, if the mom didn’t get minerals during gestation.

The old saying, “the dose makes the cure or the poison”, still stands.

Fluoride NEVER EVER should have been in the water supplies—that is against free will, & it has NOT been an “informed choice” for most of any population exposed to it.

Where it is in water supplies, dentists should be forbidden to do fluoride treatments or rinses, & NO dental products with it should be sold, where muni water contains fluoride.

Since THAT is not gonna happen, it’s up to folks to choose to avoid all those sources of fluoride, & purify their water using a specialized fluoride filter—cuz charcoal filters don’t remove it.

Looking for the naturally occurring fluoride government study done in Florida where the leached fluoride into the atmosphere was killing all nearby vegetable growth and concerns of its effects on the atmosphere. We already know that fluorocarbons are very dangerous to ozone and have long term impact on the climate much greater than carbon.

Fluoride occurring naturally in water was greatly discussed in Dental Cosmos, the professional journal of dentistry. It seems it was a little too professional. After the publication of dentists Cogill and also Applebaum Cosmos was absorbed by the American Dental Association Journal in 1937. Nevertheless, a few lone articles appeared bemoaning fluoride's effects on teeth and health.

One of the major early concerns of dentistry was always mottled enamel. Now it is considered minor and even decorative rather than a sign of fluoride poisoning.

Arlene Lois Johnson's avatar

I was part of about 200 people in Southampton, England who fought against adding fluoride into the water supply preventing all areas of England which didn’t already have that poison in their water supply from getting it. So now where I live has no fluoride in our water supply, but yet I still wake up in the middle of the night anyway most nights. So there is some other factor that’s causing me to wake up in the middle of the night, and I’m not the only one. I have a friend who is 9 months younger than I am who wakes up in the middle of the night too.

So I’d really like to know what’s doing this, because it is very aggravating.

The problem with vitamin D3 is it is rat poison.

Rob's avatar

You omitted vital information regarding Vitamin K2 MK-7.

It must be the Trans form and not the Cis form.

Cis is poor — reduced or negligible biological activity.

An excellent article for sure, albeit I was disappointed and surprised that smart meters weren't addressed. Now why was that?

Thank you Sayer, great article

Quit eating/drinking fluoride and aluminum.

Get Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to remove it from all drinking water in the USA. He said he was going to do that when he was approved to be HHS Secretary.

Thanks for the information. I'll do my best to follow your guidelines.

Thanks for a very complete analysis. Fluoride is a halogen and its purpose is to disrupt biological action. Many pharmaceutical products contain it for that purpose -to block biological action. That is what pharma sees as its goal to produce health. It is backward and counterproductive since blocking one action can have many other necessary reactions blocked.

EMR pollution is pervasive and with each order of RayGuard sent out always include this handy piece of information from Environmental Health Trust.

and this that provides cities which are abandoning fluoride in their water:

Michael LeVesque's avatar

Yes, and that's the tip of the iceberg. Anywhere in the body that calcium is present and necessary or any other halogen, such as iodine one finds fluoride. It is present in aerosol spraying of chemicals and remains in the atmosphere as a fluorocarbon causing climate issues much more significantly than carbon. Fluoride enamel treatments are found to go nanometers deep and flake off within one to two weeks. The dental scam is horrendous.

Arlene Lois Johnson's avatar

Thank you for your knowledge. Some people talk of natural fluoride. Do you know anything about it?

I have a friend here in the UK who had fluoride treatments on her teeth as a child. She showed me her molars which are black, and this was still the case when she was an adult which is when I met her. She actually thought that her parents hated her, but then eventually realised that they didn't.

Dentists are under the control of the ADA.

Great recommendations from Dr. Sayer as always. Lithium Orotate, Methylfolate, and phosphor dye choline (lecithin) are also very helpful, and covered by expert doctors, to restore the aging brain and pineal gland.
