We are in the process of converting our indoor lights back to incandescent full spectrum lights. I know it doesn't replace light from the sun but I'm thinking it will help a lot. Would love your thoughts on that.
Can also find on ebay, but likely not full spectrum...just regular incandescents. I ordered quite a few when they were outlawed. Now that Trump has reversed that I wish somebody in the US would start back selling them but apparently that's not going to happen. I don't think too many people realize the dangers of LED lighting, and fluorescent. I've tried to make friends and family aware of it, but many are still using LEDs sadly.

In spring 2021 I was walking in the early afternoon in Dalmatian island Hvar, with my love at the time.
And to my surprise I was starting to get a deep insight from the spiritual level, regarding the “electric blue light beams” connecting web between Central Suns of galaxies, Planetary Suns and planets, and also with the central sun inside our planet and how this Source energy then flows through different Earth metal veins to the surface, “painted” with Earth vibration.., etc.
I got then the spiritual info about importance of sunlight for really all depths of our tissue, for every cell in fact, for production of energy, for healing and, for our informational upgrade!!
(More then a year later I found out about mitochondrial melatonin production with near IR, etc.. Confirmation of this spiritual message of mine, I'd say.)
The insight was talking also about cellular level size of our “light channels” throughout our body (I'd say intercellular membranes as parts of fascia) and also about the presence of “dark” substance, present in actual vaccine of the time and other sources around us. This dark substance which was never ment to be present inside living creatures blocks our light channels and causes the Sunlight, at the point of such dark substance channel blockage, to glow out horizontally, with (micro) explosive power, causing great tissue damage etc.
It goes on. We should receive pan-cellular upgrade from the Sun, how to deal with this new dark substances inside us, but the problem are the blockages themselves.. So, more blockages, less tissue upgrade success..
Etc.
It was also showing me, how to get this upgrade inside us using other way, with Soleopathy which I am working with..
For myself this spiritual insight was first of its kind in my case and it is of a great importance to me.
Anyhow, it is somehow connected to this great subject of Reimagining Sunlight..

Thanks for a valuable reminder! The sunlight is ultra important as Sayer Ji has written. When people are outside, they should not wear glasses, if possible. The light needs to also enter into their body through their eyes, Some glasses block the light rays, which enter into the body from the sun..
Yes and I was wondering if there is a mode or setting where the goggles can be taken off that allows that to occur. I know there's a 'fireplace' setting but it doesn't produce UVB light so that wouldn't provide what the sun produces. He did say that it produces something like a morning sunrise & evening sunset mode which, from what I've read is especially helpful for eye health, you don't look directly into the rising or setting sun but in the general direction to allow those red light wave lengths into the eye without causing harm to the eyes. So, that is my question for using the Mitolux.

I've been following you for a few years now, wish I'd found you sooner, you've helped me learn SO much. I was being pressured by my doctor to get a Mammogram, that I didn't want or need. I asked why he thought a device that forces radiation into breast tissue was even logical? He wasn't pleased & all he could do was lie by saying VERY little radiation is used. The Shop Pay installments might not be helpful -- at least not compared to the online shopping networks, which have no interest on their easy-pay.
Shop Pay charges 0-36% interest on larger cost items, which this device could fall under. Based on credit score, I presume.

And yet, the sunlight that we receive is weaker this time of year, plus the almost-constant cloudiness & haze from the demons and their chemtrails...
