The most important information i learned as a child ...my father taught me that we were energy fields...not solid bodies and our Creator manifested us. I learned to close my eyes and put myself At-One-With the Creator's Life Force for energy and sustenance. As a child i went through the great Depression with so little food that i don't remember sitting down at a table as a child and eating until I was was about seven. In 1983-1984, I was guided to "stop eating' and I did a 40 day fast...I held my hands over the water and asked the Creator to energize it. I drank three glasses of distilled water daily... and had total energy for the 40 days. However, i did not know how to break the fast right...and couldn't stop losing weight. I learned after the fact, the information in the books I had read on fasting was not valid. However, the real message was : "Man does not live on Food Alone..." The spiritual Energy of our Maker can sustain us."

I love the idea of being synchronized with the wisdom and fundamental understandings of our predecessors as we reach back to regain the full health originally intended by Creation. Thanks for sharing this, Sayer.

Sir Sayer Ji really dropped some eye opening knowledge right here. The way he ties our health to these ancient microbes is incredible. It’s wild to think that a natural resources like raw honey, with bacteria that have been around for millions of years, could have such a profound impact on us today. While I think about all this, sadly It’s indeed clear that we’ve lost so much of the natural balance that once kept us healthy. Major props to Sayer for sharing this wisdom - Indeed much respect and blessings to him

This is beautiful:

"We were never meant to be alone. We were designed as walking ecosystems in constant communion with the living world. That communion is still available, encoded in every drop of raw honey, every bubble of fermentation, every glass of living water."

The transhuman will be missing so much!! Thank you, Sayer Ji. And your father.

Prebiotic foods such as aloe, gum acacia, and fucoidan - just to name a few- are just as important as probiotics. History and the archeological evidence suggest that the universe is only 6,000 years old. See https://raindrop.io/glycop/biome-18528120 and https://raindrop.io/glycop/religion-and-politics-18528212

The amazing universe we carry in each of our bodies can only be explained by a Higher Power. God. He revealed himself in many ways through-out history. His Story had a real twist 2,000 years ago when a Child was born. We are wonderfully made.

What a beautiful truth! So much depth of understanding and sharing right here in this article. I feel so much appreciation for this common sense natural approach to food and nutrition. How can humanity but resonate with this soul-inspiring information? Thank you, Sayer!

Thank you for allowing me to know of your site and information. A customer of mine brought me a book to read a few months ago and I was already aware of the better alternatives to food and health but I am also a slow learner in reducing bad habits. I did however find the book which reinforces a lot of what you say to be great. Here is a link to the book and the site. https://www.nuferm.com/product/book-have-you-got-the-guts-to-be-really-healthy/

I have not purchased anything from there as yet. I would be interested to hear from you as to the products and whether one should take a powder or rely on whole foods. I use kefir(tried once to make it), just bought saurkraut andI also tried to make my own ginger beer. Worked ok but just time. I also watched your link on water. This site also has a jug for not a lot of outlay that eliminates a lot of stuff.

I also have a link re MEA water product which energises water.

I look forward to continuing to learn and yes maybe also find my people somewhere. I have lost a good many who fail to understand the last few years and all the years before that which show how we are pushed to use products and eat things not generally good for us.
