This subject is critically important, perhaps the most important subject of anything because our bodies are about 90% water and everything we ingest is carried around with it in our blood, digestive tracts, brains, organs, etc., as I expect you already know. We studied 400 sources of water throughout NA from many sources and found 399 of them were falsely sold as spring, distilled, osmotic, etc. We read hundreds of reports, finding that 95% of the "spring water" is really (poison) tap water. Additionally, all the distilled/osmotic, etc., waters sold are made wrong throughout NA. We found only one good deep artesian spring water sold inside plant containers: Flow alkaline spring water (https://flowhydration.ca/). The bottom of that link shows several places that are probably in your town you can pick some up to test yourself. We bought some this way and then traveled to North Eastern Ontario to directly view the exact spring, and taste the water from the spring itself to be 100% sure it was exactly the same as the water we bought. This is the only water we drank 100% of the time for some 10 years now, nothing else can compare to it, especially the taste and pH above 8. We do use distilled water, but only to rinse things needing a lot of water and that is it.
Here is a helpful travel hack…I’ve personally done this several times: you can carry your water through security when traveling via plane. When they ask you if your water bottle is empty I tell them it is my medical water and they let it through. They will test it by holding a test strip over the open water bottle then you are good to go!
For years I was into distilled...and now we installed a whole house system to remove unwanted elements; plus a reverse osmosis unit under the kitchen sink. On top of this my daughter uses a Clearly Filter Pitcher to remover further impurities, then puts the water into another pitcher to reestablish ions. She is in charge of this whole procedure. The gorillas in nature get their water from the fruit and the greens they eat...it is far simpler for them. I do check the percentage of water, I get from my fruit and vegetables. It does count in the daily RDA.
Too bad product contains both stevia and monk fruit. I genetically cannot tolerate either one. Stevia I can tolerate mixed with sugar. Monk fruit, on the other hand, does not taste like fruit, it tastes like a chemical (very unnatural) cooked up in a mad scientist's lab. I want something with real sugar in a small amount.
I drank Mountain Valley for 45 years and then Primo water bought many companies. They bought Mountain Valley and destroyed it. I no longer drink Mountain Valley. Now there are watchdog groups and Oasis app that tests the spring water and bottled waters. I can't stand stevia or any sweetener in anything I drink exept for a small amount of coconut water. Monkfruit is better than stevia but I don't want either in my drinks.
Yes, distilled water is an excellent base for the hydration product, or your own formula: lemon juice, sea salt, and liquid chlorophyll is another amazing combination.

I’ve already upgraded to paid but have no verification and am therefore unable to reset my password.

Can I get into a podcast of your master class?

Considering how lousy our water supply is, should we take this with distilled water?
