As far as I understand, methylene blue is the “bad” version, and I started taking spirulina long ago because I don’t eat regular bread or use iodized salt. During a doctor’s visit, it was noted that my thyroid was underactive, and I was prescribed 'thyrax', which I didn't accept. I was aware of my iodine shortage and started taking spirulina as it also contains iodine, which I was lacking due to my diet. Later I changed spirulina for biological Nori alges, because beside chlorofyl, Nori also contains some benificial nutricials for my brain. I'm 77 and still very active. The past 8 years, my oldest son and I build a wooden chalet, from the ground up. Just the two of us together, with no help. I still feel like when I was 50.

I congratulate you for finding an alternative to a prescription drug. I truly regret being on levothyroxine for the last 40 years. I just didn’t know any better when it was prescribed. Wonderful that you are still so active I suffer from low energy…

BRAVO! Very inspiring Peter.

Thank you, your presentation was so clear and informative. You made it very easy to understand, and helpful to know what your body really needs. Thanks.

So this Methylate Blue is NOT the same as "Methylene Blue," which is toxic?

It's very easy to confuse the two, perhaps a more distinct name would be helpful?

Exactly. I've written 3 articles on the problems with the methylene blue trend. You can view them here:

https://sayerji.substack.com/p/the-methylene-blue-mistake-how-a?utm_source=publication-search

https://sayerji.substack.com/p/the-blue-brain-effect-methylene-blues?utm_source=publication-search

https://sayerji.substack.com/p/synthetic-blues-when-biohackers-choose?utm_source=publication-search

Instead of just identifying what is wrong, I wanted to create an alternative that delivered the promises that people who take methylene blue are most attracted to.

And yes, you are correct we can do a better job of making the difference clear. Thank you!

This product is too expensive. Sadly…..

I'm on a budget as well... fixed income senior. But I decided to order it on the monthly subscription. Besides the 25% off the price, you get free shipping, which is another 10%! Usually I'm in your camp, but I'm trying this one, since if it works I'll be able to not only get my chores done well, but maybe have the energy to go back to work and bring in some additional income. If I don't notice anything after 3 months, I'll cancel and add yet another thing to my long "doesn't work" list 🤣.

I have hope for this though, because decades ago I tried a Hawaiian spirulina and actually noticed a slight positive effect. I haven't been able to find the same brand since then, and others haven't had the same result, but I'll give Sayer the benefit of the doubt on this and give it a chance.

Would love to give him the benefit of the doubt. He has written so many excellent pieces. I can see where these people need to bring in an income but, wouldn’t more people purchase it if it seemed to be affordable or better yet, if it actually works! Please let me know if you can tell it is having a positive effect on you. I would love to have a follow up!❤️

Sayer Ji has done this work for many many years. It is who he is and has been forever. I don't feel he 'just has to have an income'. I think I have read him from greenmed for about 20 years. Very smart and does his research very well. He is successful, even without promoting products. That being said, I litterly would buy whatever he suggests, and I do not buy alot of anything, because I am not made of money either. A high price for a quality product, that works is much more sense able than 3 or 4 hopefuls.

Thanks for letting me spew...hahaha.

Many w/spike have energy, so don’t need more stimulation. Need more help on ridding toxins to release energy.

Do you ship to Canada?

I have a question regarding the launch of MethylateBLUE. Once the launch period ends, what will be the subscription discount for this product? And when does the launch period end? This product is very enticing to me. I have taken Methylene Blue - the pharmaceutical grade without the contaminants. I can't honestly say I felt anything from it good or bad. It doesn't taste good, so I ordered caplets and put drops of MB in them so I won't get a blue tongue or have to taste it. MB melts those caplets, so they must be taken quickly. It is my understanding that MB is used in hospitals as the first line of defense for snake bites, so if I were to be bitten by a snake I would definitely take some. MethylateBLUE sounds infinitely better though.

Unfortunately I attempted to purchase your first supplement… NK product for delivery to New Zealand however it didn’t seem to work. I really wanted that one and sent an email for some support a while back with no reply. Sayer would you please let me know if your company is shipping NK internationally and if so where do I go for this support? 🙏🏼✨♥️ keep up the great work, I do not read all of your eloquent articles due to limiting screen time. However wanted to say you have a real gift for composing physiological text that holds wonderment and wholesome beauty that our bodies are made perfect 🙏🏼

Sayer Ji, I admire you and for so long I have. I trust your knowledge and feel you are brilliant. I definitely will be trying your methylate blue. It makes sense.

I’m very tempted to try this, but my DNA test showed that my body doesn’t absorb this form of B12. I need to take sublingual Adenosyl form. Will the methylcobalamin form that you include do me any harm or will my body just not use it? Thanks for your devotion to health!

Sayer Ji's avatar

Hi Loran, methylcobalamin is found naturally in the body (it arises naturally through. normal cellular metabolism) and is one of the bioactive forms of B12. It's not harmful even if their body preferentially uses or absorbs another form. B12 is water-soluble, so in the ranges found in our product, it wouldn't be stored to toxic levels the way fat-soluble vitamins can be—unabsorbed or unused amounts are typically excreted. I hope that helps!

LWB - Avoid MB in any form or fashion. Many other superior Alternatives. (I was a temp fan - not now)
