As always, it's what the MSM does NOT say that is the story; what they will also say is that "of course an antivaxxer in the Dirty Dozen would blame it on the Covid vax"! So, Sayer, damned if you do, damned if you don't. Whatever, thanks for pointing that out; someone had to.

PS: why would someone want to live forever and yet take every vaccine out there??!! Stupid is as stupid does.

Melissa S's avatar

I wouldn’t call him stupid. His major mistake is trusting “experts” who are products of the $cience. Until recent years, most people fit into that category. Most still do.

SteelJ's avatar

The signals that the "experts" are compromised and their advice is dictated by incentives not aligned with good patient outcomes has been obvious and overwhelming for decades, way before COVID. The COVID response awakened all but the most obtuse and gullible. Arktos99 is correct, he is stupid.

After the PLANdemic even Always Vaxxers are now seeing the repercussions of following the narrative. I also feel that some people just have a heightened sense of intuition & didn't take the jab. It's really not about how smart one is, as it is about following your 6th sense, intuition. Cultivate this sense it is one of your greatest defenses. It is the strongest in children as it is their primary protection

Arktos99's avatar

Absolutely, and people are learning to turn to their intuition more and more until it becomes your de facto authority; that's called sovereignty.

Arktos99's avatar

Trusting "Science" and science experts is STUPID.

I passed your article along to TrialSiteNews whose article repeated the same "both sides are mystified" narrative. Thanks for your always great job of elucidating our crazy medical system.

I assumed it was the covid vax. I don't take "longevity" advice from someone under the age of 100 just like I don't take post-menopausal advice from someone who isn't living it (I have found female old doctors who have actual beneficial lived suggestions). I do however listen to those who have data & experience of our how bodies work in cooperation with Mother Nature, Sayer Ji is one of them.

Have you read Amy Alkon's book on menopause & perimenopause?

One longevity study I recall noted that centenarians tended to be people who didn't see doctors and took fewer medications in their lifetimes than many people take in a single day. My grandmother lived to over 100 and lived that life: No doctors, no medications and no supplements, though she occasionally used Ex-Lax chocolate laxative. Her secret was regularity: Eat the same 3 meals every day and keep the same sleep hours.

I remember when I saw him post that he was going to be getting the Tdap and Shingles vaccines I was disappointed that he would be promoting those vaccines to his followers becuase I thought he had learned his lesson after receiving the COVID shots. But, I also thought that it could be worthwhile considering that he gets so much bloodwork and other lab tests done, becuase his biomarkers would likely show a problem shortly after receiving those shots. But, now that has happened, unfortunately it seems he hasn't considered the possibility that those recent vaccines could be the cause of his autoimmune condition. But, if his recent vaccines are not to blame, some other culprits could be that he avoids the sun, uses sunscreen religiously, and dyes his hair frequently (most hair dyes and sunscreens are pretty toxic and could potentially trigger autoimmune disease). And, he takes dozens of supplement tablets per day, and one of those could have some ingredient(s) that are causing a problem as well.

Gosh, what does a "green juice injury" look like? :{

Sprouts between the toes & fingers?

A greenish tinge to the skin?

Breath that smells like finished compost?

I will be on careful watch for it.

What is appropriate treatment for it?

Taking the full vaccine schedule in one day?

There is a bug in Substack webapp. When one returns via an email sent from Substack, to a comment that one posted earlier, there is a Return to thread link that used to work and return one to the comment posted with the full original article. That link no longer works.

You’re a gift, Sayer! Well-done. Excellent model for others to follow in analyzing research, asking good questions, making hypotheses, communicating, and making informed decisions.

Simple truth...the bloodstream was designed to carry nutrients from natural unprocessed food, which nourish and strengthen every cell in the body. Mankind lived for eons of time without supermarkets or the Medical Industry. In studying healthy people who lived long, healthy lives, they did not use drugs or vaccines, which are major stresses on the immune system, glands, organs and cells. Drugs and vaccines wipe out the glands that contribute to the ability to think, analyze and remember. The Pineal gland which is thought to be the seat of Consciousness, our connection to the Creator's guidance has definitely been harmed. America has gone down scholastically. mentally, physically and spiritually in the last 75 years with the promotion of drugs (legal & illegal) and vaccines.

Sad. Seems this person swallowed the Big Harma advertising hook, line, and sinker.

When we arrive at the year, oh, say, 2030, who will be our centenarians? I wager not a one of those very few people will have taken the covid jabs, nor taken most of the raft of other jabs so heavily pushed and even mandated on various populations. The centenarians will be people who had both the common sense and the fortitude to refuse to fall under the spells of the pharmaceutical industry.

PS I find mainstream "health" journalists just pathetic and silly in all what they tiptoe around— nothing new there since 2020.

SteelJ's avatar

Sad? I save my sympathy for true innocents, which are those who through no fault of their own suffer. Despite all the evidence which is clear to millions of us, he chose the side of Big Harma. If he was very low-IQ, I could sympathize. After all, he would have been too dumb to know better through no fault of his own - just born unable to process information well. He has the mental tools, and willingly chose the side of darkness and evil. Melodramatic description maybe, but apt.

I like the term "Big Harma." It's a clever play on "Big Pharma" as a global HARMful organization.

Outstanding discussion. Thank you for the careful presentation. I'm left wondering of the role of the microbiome; mitochodria (+sunlight exposure); and common circumstances demonstrated in successful autoimmune "reversal" protocol(s) - or at least the (their) primary mechanism(s).

I agree with Arktos99 comment below. If someone wants to live a long and healthy life, or even forever. Why would they allow toxic poisons to be injected in their body? Has he not read the many true health articles thru the years by truth doctors, truth veterinarians, truth scientists, mothers, etc. Who research each and ever ingredient in the vaccine ingredients list, and each one is a toxic poison with numerous side effects that may or may not show up right away as the immune system is slowly being destroyed by the injected toxins. Call a poison control center and ask about each ingredient, without telling the poison control, it is a vaccine ingredient list. They will tell you each is poison and toxic and to avoid putting into any biological living body. Or at least studied True Health History. Even in the the 1800s, The Medical Review Board shared that the vaccinated usually come down with the exact disease, the socalled vaccine was suppose to eradicate. They shared that chronic disease and illness and premature death was more likely in the vaccinated. But then they discussed that if they shared this true health news with the public, they would lose massive profits, if the public became aware that vaccines cause more severe health issues, then the healthier non vaccinated. They wanted to sell more toxic vaccines, so the info was kept private from the public. Why do the 3000 world leader billionaire families refuse vaccines for their own babies, toddlers, children, pets, adults and seniors? But the world leader families do invest in the vaccine pharma industry for vaccines for the middle class and the lower classes that apparently the middle class and lower classes just believe the tv news lies, it is safe and effective, and never take a moment to actually research the truth, study True Health History, etc. The world leaders control the narrative that goes on tv news, to mislead and straight out lie to the public to sell more highly profitable injected toxins. The world leaders are big investors in vaccines pharma industry so they have every reason to want the public to buy into the lie so they can profit from their vaccine pharma investments. Once a toxin is injected, it is very hard for the body to remove the toxins, so over time, sooner or later, the body will suffer from chronic inflammation, disease, illness and some will succumb to premature death. Yes, some appear to be healthy that have received shots, because each body is biologically different. Some have stronger immune systems and manage to appear to be healthy for some time. Others will succumb sooner to the injected toxic poisons. Why does anyone risk taking an injected toxic poison? Just because the tv news lies, schools, and the medical industry lie to them to profit off the uninformed. Why do parents risk their babies health for life by injecting their babies poisons, meanwhile, the world leader families never ever allow toxic injections in their babies. Why do those that love their pets, take their pets to be injected with poisons annually? The allopathic veterinarians push sell vaccines, just like the allopathic socalled medical doctors do. All in the name of sales and profits to live luxury lifestyles off the uninformed. So why doesn't everyone stop believing the lies they hear on tv news lies, the gov, the education industry, the medical industry, the chemical industry, etc and learn to SAY NO to all injected toxic poisons. Live a longer healthier life with way less medical bills or veterinary bills. And stop the long term suffering caused by allowing injected toxic poisons. Thanks again Sayer Ji, you are an Angel of Truth trying to help so many to find the path to true health.

SteelJ's avatar

"why doesn't everyone stop believing the lies they hear on tv news lies, the gov, the education industry, the medical industry, the chemical industry, etc"? Ah, you've identified the real source of humanity's problems. Which is, the nature of most humans. Seems like an insoluble problem to me. If anyone can figure out a way to turn the masses into rational critical thinkers we have a chance. Sounds like getting a leopard to change his spots, though. Impossible. Humans are overwhelmingly sheeple, with a minority of 5-10% or so who are fundamentally different. Like, some leopards are black. Black leopards don't turn spotted, spotted leopards don't turn black. Sheeple don't morph into non-sheeple.

I have atrophic gastritis, probably auto-immune. Many other issues, but that is the one that has caused me the most trouble. I discovered that eating cabbage twice a day (along with meat), for 3 months has gone a long way toward healing my stomach. Now I only eat it a few days a week. Just cut up a cabbage and a few carrots and put it in a pot with bacon and beef broth (salt, too) and cook for about 20 minutes. That's it. Eat a nice big bowl of it for breakfast at 11, and then for dinner at about 5, along with a nice piece of beef or pork, and in no time, the stomach will be happy.

Grace's avatar

L-glutamine in the cabbage is helping to heal your stomach & gut.

Laura Knight-Jadczyk's avatar

Yup. That's a big part of it. But also, researchers in the 1940s–1950s (led by Dr. Garnett Cheney at Stanford) identified a compound in raw cabbage called S-methylmethionine (often nicknamed "vitamin U," from "ulcer"). This compound appears to help protect and repair the stomach lining by reducing inflammation, promoting mucus production, and aiding in the healing of ulcers and irritated mucosal tissue.

Classic studies showed that patients drinking fresh cabbage juice (about 1 liter/day) experienced peptic ulcer healing in 7–10 days on average, compared to 37–42 days with standard treatments at the time.

Cabbage is also rich in glutamine (an amino acid that supports gut lining repair), vitamin C, and anti-inflammatory compounds like sulforaphane and indoles.

Many people with gastritis report similar soothing effects, and it's a common anecdotal remedy in communities dealing with stomach issues.

They say it won't cure what I have, but darned if it doesn't seem like it has almost done that. I just need a cabbage infusion every now and then.

Grace's avatar

So your fresh cabbage juice is from raw cabbage or cooked?

Laura Knight-Jadczyk's avatar

No, I can't handle the raw cabbage juice. I just figured if raw juice could cure an ulcer in 7 to 10 days, cooked cabbage would still be viable for beneficial purposes, just taking longer. And it worked. I swear, I ate it twice a day for fully 3 months and then once a day for another month or two, and now a couple times a week. I was highly motivated. Literally everything I ate caused such pain that I started to become afraid of food. Now, I eat carefully still, but I can eat about anything without suffering.

SteelJ's avatar

Laura Knight-Jadczyk's avatar

Yeah, I don't see much hope. Most of humanity fell out of the stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down when they took those vaccines. Pure hyperdimensional evil.

Vivien C Buckley's avatar

Laura, I’m ashamed to admit that I succumbed to the fear mongering. I’ve always been skeptical of pharma and angry at myself for falling for the propaganda. It’s the biggest mistake of my life.

Laura Knight-Jadczyk's avatar

Don't be hard on yourself. Even amongst our online forum group members, who supported each other throughout that dreadful period, a few HAD to get a vax to keep their jobs and take care of their families. They tried to choose wisely, and our forum MD, Dr. Gaby, advised them on how to avoid the worst effects, how to possibly detox, etc. So we all survived. One of my children, living in FL, had to take a vax to continue in his job.

Don't cry over spilt milk. Focus on what you can do now to correct or even reverse any possible damage.

Laura Knight-Jadczyk's avatar

Everyone I've ever known (and that's a goodly number), who followed that route, ended up sicker than they started. A few even died from cancer.

Vivien C Buckley's avatar

Laura. I’ve had diarrhea for around 4 years. I’m injured by one pfizer shot. I’m trying to get to answers and now believe it’s the reason for my B12 counts going down. The first appt available to see a gastro doctor isn’t until February 2027 but my family doctor prescribed JampCholestyramine which the uncommon side effects include Vitamin A, D or K deficiency: increased tendency to bleed, night blindness. Well, one of my covid shot injuries is loss of vision and visual disturbances in my left eye, so won’t take this drug. I’m losing weight unintentionally. I’m wondering if I have the same thing as you? Most of the injured suffer from constipation, which is the opposite for me.

Laura Knight-Jadczyk's avatar

Feb???! Whereabouts do you live?

I can't advise you, but I can tell you what I would do. I would stop eating about everything except gently stewed cabbage (a few carrots for color and taste), white rice (washed through 5 waters), veal, beef, turkey, fish, etc. (Pork was too fatty for me at first, though I eat it now.) That's how I pulled myself out of a terrible state of gastritis. I take supplements 3 days a week so as not to overload the system. A careful selection that is suited to me and includes "ThiActive B", and extra Thiamine called "Thiamega".

You are welcome to join our forum and discuss the issues with experts and others with personal experience. It's not all woo-woo, ya know? In fact, prolly only 10% woo-woo!

And just so you know, yeah, I had all the tests including the camera in the stomach. It was bad. I was a good candidate for stomach cancer down the road.

By the way, today was a cabbage day and I had a nice bowl of it for breakfast along with a bunch of bacon. I have a cup of cocoa every day: 1 heaping tsp pure cocoa powder, 1/2 scoop collagen peptides, 1 rounded spoon of glycine to sweeten it. Add rice milk, heat it, whizz it, and Bob's your Uncle! Makes me feel good all day and my stomach feels great right now. I also sweeten my decaf tea with glycine. Very soothing to the stomach.

Vivien C Buckley's avatar

Nice that you have that source for bacon.

Vivien C Buckley's avatar

Oh, also why do you pick bacon? Don’t get me wrong, I like bacon. For the most part, I make my own chicken or beef broth.

Laura Knight-Jadczyk's avatar

Bacon is the food of the gods. We buy all our meat from local farmers and cure/smoke our own bacon. Nothing like what you buy in the store!

I can't eat chicken as it triggers autoimmune reactions. Same for eggs, nuts and all dairy and several other items. Almonds and egg whites cause really bad reactions.

Vivien C Buckley's avatar

Wow, a totally changed diet. I do love to cook and this would be a drastic change. My husband would definitely not be a happy camper. I do love cabbage and will do the soup as I love soup too. I don’t think my thyroid is an issue and will ask for the results of my latest bloodwork. I am Canadian and live in the Greater Toronto Area. I also prefer female doctors and selected the one I want to see. I figure she’s overwhelmed with patients because the wait time is uncommon. But really what can she do but prescribe a pharmaceutical product. I’d be interested in the group as I look at it as a learning curve.

Laura Knight-Jadczyk's avatar

My husband doesn't have as many restrictions on his diet as I do, but he does have to be careful for other reasons. I try to find things we both can eat, but when I can't, his plate is different from mine. I can eat potatoes, but my husband can't since it pushes his potassium too high. He can eat fatty home-made sausages and gluten free toast, I can't. He can have eggs, I can't. So our breakfasts are very different. We both love schnitzel, so my DIL makes a big batch of it using rice flour for the breading, and freezes it. We only eat twice a day, breakfast at 11, dinner at 5.

Anyway, the point is, where there is a reason, there is a will and where there is a will, there is a way.

I truly believe that you can recover your health with the right approach, but I wouldn't rely on the average doctor to get me there. They are educated by pharma funded schools with agendas.

Vivien C Buckley's avatar

Sadly, doctors get their info from pharmaceutical companies. Did you get a diagnosis from a doctor? How do you know that you have atrophic gastritis? How would you know after your husband eats potatoes his potassium goes too high? My husband has a really bad sweet tooth, he always has. Tell me about the group. Is it on FB?

Laura Knight-Jadczyk's avatar

Yes, I had the whole shebang of tests including gastroscopy (Upper endoscopy). One of my DILs is also my doctor. She attends to my health quite closely and is very involved in researching alternative therapies.

My husband had lymphoma 2020-2021. He's in complete remission, but he still gets regular blood tests ordered by several physicians: his oncologist, his nephrologist, his urologist. Also, the DIL orders them whenever either of us feels slightly off in any way. We've also done IgG and IgE testing, etc. So we know what is going on all the time and how we each react to different foods, medicines, supplements, etc.

The French medical system is way superior to what they have in UK, Canada and the US. Just no comparison. And a doctor in the family is a big bonus.

In France, you can walk into any medical lab (and there are two in our little town), and ask for whatever tests you want if you are willing to pay for them. (Not that expensive, either). If the doctor orders them, they are covered by insurance. Either way, you are entitled to all your own medical records and if you are knowledgeable, you can easily keep track of what is going on in your body yourself.

Vivien C Buckley's avatar

Also, my eldest son got injured, he had to get 3 shots for work. He now has a bad case of ciliac disease and had to have a heart stent put in. The cardiologist was perplexed as he’s in super shape, no blood pressure issues, great stress test. All the cardiologist could come up with is maybe he caught a virus when he was a child. They never connect any of this shit with the shots. Grrr
