I tried garlic on a set of warts my daughter had a couple of years ago. She'd picked it up in the hospital during surgery, and they wouldn't go away. We spent a couple of years trying to treat them and then I finally decided to try the "grandma" method for everything (garlic). I didn't think to try to do a solution, I just bandaided a slice of garlic to the latest wart and she never had another one. that was 5 years ago i think.
I don’t think she had the virus previously. The first wart appeared where the oxygen sensor had been taped on her finger. Moist environment, dirty sensor probably
They used a chloroform / methanol extraction, but were not very clear on how they removed the chloroform after to use safely on skin. I suspect making a garlic/olive oil infusion is much safer.
Since garlic contains less than 1% fat I don't believe this will make a fat soluble extract. I would imagine emulsifying garlic with a healthy fat, such as coconut oil, would work.
Frankincense essential oil is a much more pleasant smelling way of doing the exact same thing. I think I learned that from your website ages ago. Very effective! Natural remedies abound.
But... those of us sensitive to steroids MUST avoid frankincense as it is the plant molecule they based steroid medications on and it is too similar a compound. Will throw us back into steroid withdrawal if use frankincense. Literally the devil that pharma creates a harm and then makes it so we can't use the original cure ever again even.
Pharma ads read like deeply sick humor, 99% of the time. They should just stop. It's humiliating to the industry which already has a historically low PR and trust problem.
I'm in my 70s and my parents used thick sliced onions and a wool sock to successfully remove plantars warts from my siblings. They never returned after treatment. Do this at bedtime until the warts fall out. It has to be a wool sock, but I don't know the why of it.
My warts, which had lasted for a decade, disappeared after a few months of eating Pomegranates. I wasn't expecting anything, we just like them, but having researched afterwards the whole plant is medicinal.
My late dad, a physician, believed in natural methods over medication and would also look into psychological reasons for physical issues. When I had a wart, he would "buy" my wart by giving me a nickel. The wart disappeared, never to return! Garlic makes perfect sense since it's full of allicin.
As an interesting aside, Homeopathy recognises general causal predispositions to disease in people called ‘Miasms’, which it is said can be recognised by the development of certain disease characteristics.
One of these ‘Miasms’, termed Sycosis, has as a general characteristic ‘of overproduction’, one manifestation of which can be the development of warts and other excrescences on the skin. This is congruent at the physical level as, if we think about it, warts are essentially ‘overproduction’ of skin cells.
Another recognised characteristic of Sycosis, and this is the point, is that the sweat can smell distinctly ‘garlicky’ in a person where this Miasm is predominant, perhaps suggesting an internal as well as an external resonance with Allium.
Where is the recipe to prepare the garlic treatment? I see that it coupled with oil is best but… there is no mention of how it is prepared before applying it to the skin.
this is a wonderful article. Would also has worked really well for me is ozonated olive oil rubbed directly on and then covered. I did not find that it burned my skin at all and did not have to put zinc oxide on. Then it worked. But it has to be a well ozone infused oil.

Please do an article on black turmeric. I have been infusing it in olive oil and applying to spots on my face. I think they were cancerous but not sure as I don't have a natural doctor to advise me and won't go to regular AMA doctor unless it's an emergency. But they have all gone away! I can't find any info on black turmeric. But I had heard great stuff about it so I thought I'd try it and go to doctor as last resort.

You don't “pick up” Warts. The surgery induced trauma then the body produced the warts latently.
I got a dog bite and immediately a wart appeared near the trauma site.

That's not how warts work, but feel free to believe what you like👍
"How Do You Get Warts?
Warts occur when the virus comes in contact with your skin and causes an infection."

Apparently that is how it works. You feel free to show your ignorance all you like.
God Bless 🙏
What method did the researchers use to make the fat soluble garlic extract? How would I make it myself?
They used a chloroform / methanol extraction, but were not very clear on how they removed the chloroform after to use safely on skin. I suspect making a garlic/olive oil infusion is much safer.
you could just press garlic and keep the juice.
Since garlic contains less than 1% fat I don't believe this will make a fat soluble extract. I would imagine emulsifying garlic with a healthy fat, such as coconut oil, would work.
Exactly what i was thinking
I'm thinking olive oil would probably do the trick
Would emulsifying garlic with black seed oil and taken internally affect endometriosis?
Would black garlic work?
You're articles are exceedingly informative. I just want to say I appreciate you Sayer.

FASCINATING! I didn't know that. Thanks for that information.

I removed one using dmso. I believe its the sulfur component. Both onion and garlic have a high sulfur content.
Have any studies on using garlic, with its antiviral properties, shown effectiveness against latent Epstein Barr virus?

Nature is wonderful, if we can recognise it.
So it

Garlic can do so many things to improve health, internally and externally. Great article and as always, great research.

I cleared a wart by applying dmso to it. Completely dissolved. It must be the sulfur component, which garlic also has.
