we live on our regenerative farm, retired from raising sheep on our rotational grazing pastures. We feel blessed to be healthy, having raised three healthy children who love good food and cooking after growing up on our farm.

Amazing! I plan to order the book. I was raised on these concepts - my late dad, a physician was always quoting Maimonides with regards to food and diet... My daughter cured herself from Crohn's by diet alone - meds are never an option in our family. I'd love to know more about your farm, Jordan. Stay well!

Ok so no mention on this video of those of us who do farm and are dealing with the effect of metals/toxins being sprayed into the atmosphere 24X7 in many countries including here in the USA. This toxic aerosol dispersion is killing off insect populations including bees and poisoning the soil and water. Hopefully the book addresses this.

Thank you for this great interview, Sayer and Jordan! - I've ordered this book and look forward to it. As an independent natural wellness advocate, I'm launching a series of booklets to raise awareness on this topic, as well as a virtual reality children's book that combines fiction with non-fiction. The book features our heroines learning how to cook with medicinal herbs and plants, while also exploring the benefits derived from each. This was truly an inspiration to me along this journey, and I appreciate you both so much! - Again, thank you for all that you are and do!

This is not the best biblical eating plan. Do your research. The best healing diet for most humans is low carb and even carnivore or meat based.

Right! I agree and haven't eaten grains for 18 years. So. I follow a keto plan which is pretty similar to Animal-based Carnivore, allowing for fruit and raw dairy and raw honey (which I don't eat)! I also fast, intermittent fasting every day. I usually finish eating between 9AM and 1PM and fast at least through 1AM.

I use "traditional cooking methods" for just about everything: cooking with tallow or ghee, making my own butter, yogurt and some cheeses with raw milk, soaking grains, legumes, seeds and nuts, and stocks and broths. I also keep veggie parts that we normally throw away and throw them in the stock pot or slow cooker when making the broth or stock.

In addition to raw milk, I get eggs from the same farmer. They sell everything in the animal: hearts, liver, lungs, tongue, kidney, feet, heads, pancreas. Some like carcasses are sold as 'pet grinds'; feet, heads, or grinds are in the pet section of the meat freezers.

I also cook for my dog, steaming and grinding the vegetables, while minimally cooking his meat. I also feed him with the energetics of Traditional Chinese Medicine and follow the seasons for both of us.

Ever since I took the extra time to soak everything, I feel better and my hair has started getting thicker and my dizziness (kidney waning) has gone away. My dog went from almost bald, very itchy and itchy, oozing ears to all of his hair, spring with no itching and nothing more than an herbal mix of aloe vera and essential oils for flea control. So yes, it is worth the extra time.

Good stuff … yet the EARTH is Flat and NOT a globe / planet / sphere / ball.

It’s revealed in GENESIS and “200 Proofs Earth is Not a Spinning Ball.”

Enjoy more Truths and have fun improving Humanity’s Created Earth.

Sayer I love your posts and GreenMed Info has been in my mailbox for 10yrs. So please forgive me this question becaue I could not help but notice: what is wrong with your hair?! Are you ill, because it seems like you have been working so hard lately pumping out material...its just not like you to appear in an important interview and your hair doesnt even look real. It looks plastered down with grease, not on your skull correctly, dangling stiffly here, but exposed hairline there, then swept away in a greasy lump. Its just not like you...sorry.

Lol. Thanks for your concern! Karen got it right.

Just tried to download the free chapter, but my phone number was required, as was consent to SMS marketing. Since i use a tracfone and pay for all calls and texts received as well as made, this was very disappointing. I ended up not getting the "free" chapter. It would be great if that requirement was removed. I don't mind email ads, but I'm sure as hell not going to pay for text ads!

I find your articles very interesting.

Have you come across anything Tendon related, as i have had 4 tendon re attachments and often suffer with tendinitis of one joint or another?

Laura Monfore's avatar

Research diatomaceous earth. My daughter and I both have tendon and ligament ( and meniscus) issues. Did find one supplement targeting this that helped but the diatomaceous earth immediately was noticeable. I have tested its effectiveness again and again. Always get back on it, take it daily, really glad I found such an effective, affordable and multi- use gift.

I have now purchased the DE.

I’m intrigued as to how much impact it had on your issues, how long it took to take effect, how long you have been it for and if there any side effects 🤞

Thanks Laura i’ll check it out. I wish both you and your daughter good health.
