Yes, I have known this since I got out of undergraduate school and before two MS degrees in nutrition. So when I'm grocery shopping, if I see someone buying something that may not be healthy for them, I will make a suggestion for a better choice. Some listen and some don't but most are appreciative.

It's audacious that even yesterday, Youtube tried to take this down, erase it from viewing! They do this with keto and Carnivore doctors too and many others. Harvard and other universities like Tufts are always telling lies about healthy eating!
