This is beautiful, Sayer! It looks like both of us have been studying and exploring similar approaches. They need to come back, and the more of us illuminate the ancient wisdom, the better! THAT is what I want to talk to you about. Here is my take. https://tessa.substack.com/p/theory-of-health

I suffer from Guillian-Barre syndrome and cannot stand on my toes and I walk like a robot. However, I can walk. Others are not as fortunate. I use my Power Plate (My 5) to do vibration exercises and I can activate the soleus by using the hand rails trying to stand on my toes. So far, at age 75, no pain and I can hike (very slowly) in beautiful wood trails with my Golden. Feeling blessed always. Thanks Sayer for all your hard work.

Speaking of regeneration, lately I have seeing and hearing about the Christos fluid and the pineal gland and Kelly Marie-Kerr's website going into detail about how the sacred secretion can create perfect health if the process is followed. The story is that Constantine, the Roman sociopath emperor, convened the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD, mistranslated the bible intentionally, and ever since then turned Western practices against the use of the Christos. Body systems were re-translated into actual people and places, such as Christ, Bethlehem, baptism, and more, which rightfully were part of the human body systems. The Romans spread the growth of wheat among other things, which inhibit the body's Christos. In essence, the Church is the Anti-Christ, which does not surprise me, since everything in this realm has been turned upside down. So instead of waiting for a person to appear as the Anti-Christ, or anti-Christos, we have it embodied in the church. Mass murders, constant materialistic-driven wars by the bankers, poor health, a civilization of poor practices, it all makes sense. This is all laid out in the book The Anti-Christ by George W. Carey. I need to re-read today's great article to look for how it would fit in.

Tom, Iโ€™m sorry you donโ€™t understand fully the foundational teaching of Christ- it is Love. Love God and love people is the main thing. If you havenโ€™t read and studied scripture in Mark 12:31 it say, โ€œLove thy neighbor as thyselfโ€. I hope one day you can experience Godโ€™s love for yourself. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

I'm sorry you have to read so much into my post due to your cognitive dissonance at hearing the current evil church is actually the anti-Christ, and ignorantly insult me. This does not go against the good things in the Bible, the most heavily edited book in history. The Church is not the original Christianity, which knows the foundations you list. But there is no historical evidence of a Christ in human form, it is the Christos fluid, regenerative, within us all, God within us all. Satanic forces have did this in Nicaea.

Crystals, Paul Harris - Scalar Energy, Anjali Mudra and Decoding Ancient Symbols. Thank you for your mystical curiosity and research around crystals and the important interview with Paul Harris! 1.) CRYSTALS kind of fell into my life, I had a functional med Dr. (who had two NDE') she had an extensive/valuable collection of crystals. I ended up with two of them when she (mysteriously) passed away. They came into my life and took me down that Rabbit Hole - I set one of those crystals in-front of my Yoga mat every time I teach; ((emitting energy Sayer??)) 2.) ANJALI mudra often is depicted as Prayer position, Acharya Sri T. Krishnamacharya presents the mudra not as palms pressed together but as the form of a "Budding Lotus" with the knuckles extended out, fingers and heels of the hands meeting - leaving a "SPACE" in between the palms - a "space" for a Bija/seed/intention. This too, made me wonder what Paul would think of the "scalar energetic" intention of that space in-between the hands might be or what this ancient "lotus" Anjali mudra might represent? (Sri T. Krishnamacharya used all movements and symbols intentionally from ancient wisdom teachings. (Nath Sampradaya) 3.) CIRCUITS - Krishnamacharya also gave us the "Prana Circuit" a vinyasa/mudra, another hand mudra that is used throughout all Vinyasa Krama practice, holding "scalar" energy done with raising the arms up over the head and then tightly interlacing the fingers and rolling the palms upwards which holds the gathered energy (plasma) IN. Now days, in "modern" Yogic practices you see both raised arms up held apart with palms and fingers spread wide Open.....Sages think of this form as "Leaking Energy/Prana" OUT.!! (breaks the circuit!) 4.) SCALAR ENERGY. Samasthiti is a standing balanced posture done with two feet Touching (again as opposed to standing with feet apart) it is used consistently throughout the Vinyasa Krama method - the intention here is to activate the "BALANCE" of energies throughout the body, mind and spirit in ALL ways. 5.) A Torus.

Again, when Paul is describing the universal vertical toroidal force spiraling along the spine - I equate it to the stillness of the scalar/energetic" force created during Samasthiti. The analogy to quantum processes helps illuminate this. In the quantum domain, the smallest fluctuation can alter trajectories at larger scales. Similarly, in human development, a subtle variation in feelingโ€”a moment of attunement or ruptureโ€”can ripple outward, shaping stress profiles, social behavior, even the distribution of body fat.

Feeling, in this sense, is the quantum of human experience: indivisible, foundational, and transformative

Toward a Compassionate Science

To recognize feeling as central is to recognize that the organism is not just a body in space but a resonant field of self-regulation and potential. Healing becomes less about correction and more about integration, less about silencing symptoms and more about restoring rhythmic coherence.

Practices that revisit and reprocess embodied memoriesโ€”whether through therapeutic dialogue, breath, or movementโ€”can unlock the spiraling waves of potential that first animated the embryo.

This is more than a therapeutic insight; it is a cosmological one. The organism grows in spirals that mirror hurricanes, galaxies, and quantum vortices. Feeling, the most intimate and subjective of experiences, is also a cosmological principle. To feel is to participate in the oscillations of reality itself.

Conclusion: The Organism as Cosmos in Miniature - a mirror of the cosmos:

We may need a new approach to realityโ€”one that treats feeling not as subjective residue but as the basis of lifeโ€™s orientation. The organism is not a passive receptor of stimuli but an active participant in the unfolding of reality, continually adapting through waves of sensation and memory.

If we take this seriously, our sciences, our education, and our culture would no longer be built on the suppression of feeling but on its cultivation.

The organism, in its spiraling waves of becoming, offers us not just a model of development but a mirror of the cosmos: a living proof that to feel is to exist, and to exist is to resonate with the very fabric of reality.

time travel:

Incidents from his childhood that he could not remember by himself โ€“ heal the whole person: the thoughts, the emotions and the body

โ€œThrough the method, he has reached some clarity about quite a few incidents from his childhood that he could not remember by himself. Also, as for the incidents he does remember, he now has an understanding of the consequences these actually have had on his development. The incidents may for instance be comments and statements from adults in his earliest years of life. The words, which as a child he had to accept and interpret as the right of an adult, came to rest in his body as flicks of a whip.

From childhood

For most people, the pain and suffering may be traced back to the first years of childhood, when the personality was developed in close contact with the care providers. Four traumatic incidents are the same for many of the people in the process. They may have been beaten, forcibly fed, locked up or abused. These are often circumstances of which the person is unaware, but which are uncovered over time.

Some are chronically frightened and meet others with fear, without remembering what once scared them so thoroughly that the emotion got stuck. The method aims to heal the whole person: the thoughts, the emotions and the body. This is a process which needs time.โ€

Anti-inflammatory processes

From a biological perspective, these โ€œunconsciousโ€ vegetative reactions suggest a profound activation of the parasympathetic system. This activation trigger anti-inflammatory processes, recalibrating homeostasis at the central level. Over time, such recalibration ripple outward into biochemical, somatic, emotional, and even cognitive dimensions, supported in part by epigenetic mechanisms that embed the transformation more deeply in the organismโ€™s dynamic.

Evolution, Culture, and the Quantum of Experience

The story of the organism is not just ontogenetic but phylogenetic. Each human body carries both evolutionary history and individual history, layered like strata of memory. Species-specific survival mechanismsโ€”conditioned responses shaped over millenniaโ€”interlace with personal experiences of stress and nurture. This dual inheritance explains why human behavior is not merely rational adaptation but an emergent interplay of ancient rhythms and singular encounters.

Contradicted regions- reservoirs of new growth in the organism - Biological Vitality

The organism carries its "disturbances" and protections silently. Beneath our voluntary gestures and conscious choices, there exists another dimension of lifeโ€”vegetative, self regulated -autonomic, cosmic, involuntaryโ€”where disruptions in balance linger as โ€œdisturbed - contradicted regions- reservoirs of new growthโ€ in the organism. These regions hold the residues of stress, suppression, and unresolved adaptation (protective self regulation patterns -/stereotypes). They surface not as thoughts but as reactions: a sudden tremor, a tick, an unexpected blush/tiredness, or the uncontrollable surge of tears, fears and rage.

The sole catalyst is posture.

What is striking is that this process unfolds without touch, medication, machines, or elaborate dialogue. The sole catalyst is posture: the basic human position that places the organism in contact with its own primary and spontaneous movements. In this way, the method avoids external interference and instead entrusts healing and rejuvenation to the organismโ€™s own cosmic intelligence.

The idea underlying this practice is that contact with spontaneous, biologically determined movements is always โ€œdisturbed-contradictedโ€ to some degree. Life experiences, trauma, and the accumulation of stress impair our relation to the primal self regulated rhythms that sustain usโ€”breath, pulse, muscular tonus, subtle visceral spirals- our stress profile. These disturbances may seem small, but they compound across time, disrupting the quantum-like self-organization of the living system. Vegetative training seeks to restore that contact, allowing the organism to realign with its innate patterns of adaptation.

inge jarl clausen's avatar

This process reflects a deeper logic of self-regulation.

The organism, when given the appropriate conditions, does not merely compensate for disturbance and contradiction but re-enters it in order to transform it โ€“ rejuvenate it. (Functional, species-specific, task-specific adaptations that contain contextual information about how and in what order genetic replication can be optimised.)

The Biological Waves of Becoming โ€“ The felt history of the cosmos, the world.

The growth of an organism is itself a choreography of waves. When an egg cell is fertilized, it does not simply divide by mechanical instruction. Instead, spiraling waves ripple across its surface, billions of proteins rushing like sentinels to initiate the dance of differentiation. These spirals emerge, collide, vanish, and reemerge, mirroring the vortices in quantum fluids, the currents of the oceans, and the electrical storms of the brain and heart. Life begins in resonance with patterns that scale from the microscopic to the cosmic.

This wavelike process reveals that the organism is not just a physical entity but a living field, oriented by feeling. Before neurons and synapses, before cognition and language, there is sensation, pulse, vibration. These pre-cognitive impressions -reaction patterns, set the tone of stress regulation, defense mechanisms, and relational capacities. The fetus does not merely receive nutrition from the motherโ€”it receives rhythm, affect, and the felt texture โ€“ the felt history of the cosmos, the world.

(The spontaneous and automated reaction patterns stored in the organism throughout the evolutionary history of reacting. The Phylogenetic conditioned response stereotypes so that it serves the organismโ€™s ability to survive, adapt and continue to function in its environment.

One important carrier of the organismโ€™s โ€œstress profile,โ€ then awakening its disturbed regions(contradiction) offers a direct route to reestablishing balance and new growth. Rather than overriding the organismโ€™s signals with external interventionsโ€”flattening its possibilities through chronic medication, or masking them with distractionโ€”the method lets the organism reveal itself. In this sense, the practice honors the evolutionary intelligence of life: the tiny protein messengers, the rhythmic micro-adjustments, the spiral-like processes that sustain the unfolding of growth.

Disturbance, then, is not merely an obstacle but a signal- a reservoir of possible new growth. The activation of disturbed regions demonstrates that health is not a fixed state but a dynamic capacity for self-regulation. To tremble, to blush, to weep in the human basic position is to witness the organism at work, recalibrating its own contradictions. It is a reminder that beneath the surface of our conscious will lies a deeper posture: one that belongs to the organism itself, carrying us back toward balance.

(organism as cosmos in miniature link)

The philosophical lesson is clear: healing cannot be reduced to external imposition. When interventions override rather than engage the organismโ€™s self-regulatory intelligence, they risk flattening the bodyโ€™s possibilitiesโ€”much like collapsing a wave function into a prematurely fixed state.

Very interesting article with useful references, thank you. The ideas expressed here are mostly similar to those of the New German Biology of the, now deceased alternative medicine practitioner Hamer. The living proponent of a โ€˜modernโ€™ form of this approach to life and healing calls it Body-Soul Medicine. This is Dr Stefan Lanka who lives in S Germany. If you are not aware of his work - most of which is published in German, you can find an explanation here from a recent interview I translated https://open.substack.com/pub/howard366646/p/after-a-period-of-absence-dr-stefan Dr. Lanka is however critical of mainstream science, the theory of disease and the current theory of genetics, saying that what we are taught as certainty e.g. existence of pathogenic sub microscopic particles as a source of disease, cells as the unit of living matter and the double helix as the hereditary messenger of life are simply theories which are not upheld by real scientific observations of reality. I cannot yet see this for cells and DNA but when it comes to viruses, there is enough readily available information and actual experimental work currently being done to refute the existence of viruses as a cause of disease. I am doing research into this and aim to publish a documentary film about the topic in the near future.
