Watch now | What if astrology is not just an ancient superstition, but a sophisticated, empirical language that bridges science, consciousness, and human sovereignty?
So delighted to see this article. My parents are astrologers. I of course then grew up with it as a way of life and an understanding of the stars. Would love to know what you think about Neptune going into Aries conjunct Saturn. The last time we had Neptune in Aries was the US Civil War.
Thanks again for your willingness to probe the mysteries in depth, Sayer. I have always hoped to find a solid way of understanding the energies and impulses that comprise most of our lives - to see/find the way Creation intended for us all to discover from the beginning of incarnation. This discussion opens the door to deeper understandings which I still can't quite yet grasp - but am determined to soldier on until I, too, can see the 'light'. Your work is appreciated deeply.
I commend you for your openness. It's a charged topic, for sure, yet I have never strayed from the controversial in the search for what resonates as most true for me. We are all on our journeys, and each one is valid in and of itself. I am not here to judge, but to find the frameworks for meaning that make the most sense, and at times that will help others; a times piss them off. : )
Sayer I have followed you for years and you helped keep me sane during covid. I just found Pam Gregory last week and to find you both in conversation is a gift!
Thanks for all of your courage and for all you do!
Very disappointed to read this article. Astrology is pseudo spirituality and has nothing whatsoever to do with the solid health and nutrition research you have provided for years.
Your reputation has been well established in the health realm, whatever your beliefs outside of that wheelhouse might be better taken up apart from your website and faithful followers.
With all the deception we’ve experienced over the last five years, do we really need something like this … are you going to also give credence to crystals, tarot cards, spiritual mediums, and the sort?
I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. I understand that astrology is a topic that evokes strong reactions, and I respect your perspective.
For years, my work has been rooted in questioning mainstream narratives and exploring knowledge that challenges conventional wisdom—whether in health, science, or consciousness. My curiosity has always led me to examine systems of meaning, both ancient and modern, to better understand the forces shaping our lives. Astrology, when approached with an open mind, offers a lens through which many have found insight, self-awareness, and empowerment. Also, to clarify, I am not new to astrology. I have been studying it and applying it phenomenologically to life and events since I was 17.
That being said, I have never suggested that anyone should accept any framework, including astrology, without their own discernment and investigation. Just as holistic health has often been dismissed as “pseudoscience” despite its empirical and historical foundations, astrology too has been marginalized. However, for many, it provides a valuable perspective on the interconnectedness of life—one that does not negate but rather complements other areas of knowledge.
My platforms have always been a space for exploration, discussion, and the free exchange of ideas. I welcome critical engagement, and I encourage all readers to engage with topics in a way that aligns with their own journey. If astrology is not something that resonates with you, I fully respect that, and I remain deeply committed to the health and research-focused work that you’ve long valued.
Thank you for your gracious and thoughtful reply. Apparently I was triggered. My first experience with astrology was at about 15. My friend’s father was an astrologer and revealed that my chart showed things I would suffer in life, including a chronic health problem. His pronouncements cast a shadow over me for quite some time, and thankfully the health issue didn’t occur.
Then at 40, I was engaged to a man who was a chef, writer and astrologer. He was intelligent, soulful and humble, but his life became completely regulated by his daily Astro-chart activity. Sadly, we grew apart and did not marry.
These experiences had an unpleasant effect on me I suppose. I shall be more introspective before posting comments in the future. No disrespect intended toward Ms. Gregory. Also GreenMed Info is obviously separate from your Substack, so there’s that. Forgive me for my insensitive comment.
Thank you for all you do and your tireless work for the health and well being of others.
Except the one thing is you can not shake a stick at Pam Gregory.
She is masterfully degreed and has studied for 30+ years. She has always been seeking truth. She emanates light, a humble spirit. She is not a zealot nor an occultist.
As a person, she is completely integral. You would enjoy meeting her.
She begins the conversation that although she can see, think, hear, read, write and dream in the language of the stars and planets she’s feeling a pull to step back from the analyzing of life to engage and live it. Or at least that’s what I heard.
Jesus said, you will do greater things than I. What would those things be?
I don’t know how it will all play out but I know there is great love and care in Pam and for that reason I appreciate and respect her.
I understand your concern, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
What I don’t understand is that we all live in a solar system, with Earth being one of the planets. That the other bodies in this system affect one another is not some pseudo-scientific or occultist leap into insanity. It’s just a fact, as physical as the five fingers on my hand. The gravitational pull of the moon shapes our tides, and solar activity impacts everything from climate patterns to human biology. Acknowledging these interactions isn’t occultism—it’s simply recognizing the interconnectedness of natural forces.
Astrology, at its core, is an ancient observational system that seeks to understand how celestial cycles correlate with human experience. Like any framework, it can be explored critically, metaphorically, or scientifically. My intention isn’t to persuade anyone but rather to engage in open inquiry—something that has always been at the heart of my work.
I respect differing viewpoints, and I appreciate the dialogue. Wishing you clarity and well-being.
Sayer, I loved your conversation with Pam Gregory. And, I always appreciate the innovative ways you use to compare systems to enlighten and expand our understandings.
That said, do you know of David Nicol's Astrological work? I just listened to his new webinar about the Father Wound and it blew me away. He gave me a wonderful clue about some indecisiveness issues of late. He can be found at: earthastrology.one. (Hope I can put this here.) You may enjoy his work as well. Thanks for GreenMedInfo, Stand for Health Freedom and so many important projects you bring to all of us.
So happy to see this interview. I do astrology and I found something quite amazing - in that it proves astrology. I know it's even possible to plan for the baby's sex, by astrology. People think it's a pseudo science or just kind of good. It is so much more than that. Believe me.
I love Pam Gregory and have been listening to her for quite awhile. It’s incredible to me how accurate her energy of the planets and moon are! Proven right every time!
Many astrologers believe that the Universe is like a hologram, in which the individual items reflect the whole in a "metaphorical" way. Thus, for example, Neptune at the midpoint of Uranus and Pluto (which is happening all this decade) reflects/represents changes here on earth. There is no "physical" interaction or cause and effect. Thanks for this article.
I’ve enjoyed following you for years. I would like to point out that we are the ones that influence the cosmos. Forgetting our origins makes us think it’s the outside influencing us but it’s truly the opposite. Check out the double slit experiment on utube ( I’m not spelling correctly purposely). It will remind you of how things really work. Enjoy power!
I practice free will astrology, which is to say that there is no overriding physical force that preempts human choice, responsibility, and the ability to transcend adversity through heart coherence and pure intention. While celestial movements may reflect certain energetic patterns, they do not dictate our fate—rather, they offer an opportunity for deeper awareness and alignment.
We are not merely passive recipients of cosmic influences; we are co-creators in this grand unfolding of reality. Quantum physics, especially insights like those from the double slit experiment, reminds us that consciousness itself plays a fundamental role in shaping our experience.
Ultimately, astrology—at least in the way I engage with it—is not about external determinism but about recognizing the patterns that weave through our lives and using that awareness to cultivate greater sovereignty and self-mastery.
Dear Sayer Ji. on Pam's website it says she connects her knowledge with geometry, and you comment on her scientific teachings, however, this lady does not have an advanced degree in geometry/ science, I couldn't find anything;
Daniel 4:7 ESV :
Then the magicians, the enchanters, the Chaldeans, and the astrologers came in, and I told them the dream, but they could not make known to me its interpretation.
Thank you. I love Pam Gregory's contributions. I have been participating in the global meditation since first learning of; and share this with others. Delightful interview. Thank you Again!!!
A courageous post. Thank you. Wellness involves many things, and important among them is to be able to locate ourselves within the broader context of time and space and purpose. Astrology surely helps with this.

I understand your point of view. Especially now during this part of history with all the sad, chaotic and disconnected darkness.
But who found the Christ child in the manger in Bethlehem? Is it possible that Gods universe is a road map?
Astrology IS an ACTUAL Science!
Astrology IS actually OF GOD, THE CREATOR!
Only the IGNORANT call it 'pseudo' 'whatever'!
These are the individuals who have ZERO sense of Our Human History.......which goes back MILLIONS of years!

I highly recommend the book, The Heavens Declare, by William Bates.
