It’s mind boggling what all they are doing to our food. 🤯

I probably buy 90% organic food. But just noticed that several things I get from Amazon or even Thrive Mkt, comes from

C h i n a. 🙁

Been noticing that bananas have small green spots on them lately. Are they gassing them with something? 🤔

And is the spray they put on produce in large grocery store such as Kroger, water mist or a chemical that’s sprayed onto our “organic food? I’ve seen that in an article. 😐

I overthink Everything. And try to figure out what is safe to eat is exhausting.

If you are inclined in this direction and don't live in a concrete jungle, you can do as we do and source over half your food yourself quite easily and have fun doing it. Take up vegetable gardening, hunting, fishing, and mushroom and berry gathering. We like to eat out on occasion, like pizza, citrus fruit and other things we can't provide ourselves. If you want you can provide nearly all your food yourself.

I don’t have Much room for a garden, but could utilize my property better. 🤔

I guess it takes work! I need to get on this.

Thank you for your advice.

Stay safe and healthy! 😊👍🏼

Hi Sayer Ji! Yes your article chimes with what Malcolm Kendrick GP has set out in his book "The Clot Thickens" - as you can tell from the title it's a fun book to read - full of humour! But it explains why statins dont work and why we shouldnt reduce our cholesterol intake. Basically athlerosclerosis is caused by blood clots being used by the body to heal endothelial damage. He has all the evidence. Dr Kendrick was libelled by the Daily Mail and Oxford Uni when they said his advice not to take statins would killl 100,000 people. He sued for Libel in the High Court in London and WON £5M in damages! He's a super guy and fun to listen to on podcasts. But his book is the best reference! SO illuminating! He points out that heavy metals are a huge (but unrecognised) cause of Heart disease and advises chelation. Studies prove it works. He also recommends sunshine and eating some meat/liver. Lots of other things too. His book is FAB. Very very scientific but written for a lay audience x

Dr Matthias Rath days that just 500 mg vitamin C a day minimum and a one or two other vitamins such as the Vitamin B vitamins mentioned here will reduce any plaque already in the arteries by 50% in 3 years, thus saving people from having to undergo bypass surgery that often fails and also saving people from having to take out a second mortgage to pay for that surgery (and from getting 'vaccinated' blood during the surgery). His book, 'Why Animals Don't Get Heart Attacks But Humans Do' is freely available in a number of different formats to download.

How would you know that your arteries are clogged?

I’m not on any medication. My cholesterol is barely 200 and I’ve been trying to increase my level with healthy fats ie coconut oil, tallow, butter, eggs etc.

My bad cholesterol is low and my good cholesterol is high.

Thank you for all that you do.

Every day I’m reminded why subscribing to your feed was a wise choice.

Thanks I love toasted Sesame seeds with Nori Seaweed.

How about getting a word in to regulate Aftershave, Cologne and Perfumes off the market please.

One toxic chemical used in those is Benzaldehyde which is a known Narcotic.

Parabens, phthalates (such as diethyl phthalate and dibutyl phthalate), synthetic musks, limonene, linalool, benzaldehyde, camphor, and ethylene oxide are among the most common toxic chemicals found in colognes. These ingredients are often used as preservatives, fragrance stabilizers, or solvents but can disrupt the endocrine system, cause allergic reactions, and contribute to long-term health risks like hormonal imbalances, reproductive issues, and even cancer.

Many colognes contain the vague term "fragrance" on labels, which legally allows companies to hide hundreds of undisclosed chemicals—some of which are known carcinogens or neurotoxins. Studies have detected phthalate metabolites in human urine, particularly in frequent users, and terpenes like limonene can react with indoor ozone to form secondary pollutants like formaldehyde.

To reduce exposure, choose colognes labeled "paraben-free," "phthalate-free," and those that use natural essential oils instead of synthetic fragrances. Always check ingredient lists and avoid products with "fragrance," "perfume," or "paraben" in the ingredients.

Thanks for the advice on B Vitamins but how can you tell whether they’re from natural sources or synthetic sources? Are they labeled that way? Could you suggest brand names that fit those parameters without endorsing them? Thanks for considering my request.

I think that clotted arteries come out bad sugary & industrial food and beverages. I know that vegetables, fruit and nuts are good for health. Now I would like you to answer me on medium Ketogenic diet (with some greens,& Low IG vegetables and Low IG berries). Is it linked to clotted arteries too ? or is it safe ? Thank you in advance
